Refund Policy

Cancellations/Refunds:

Daily:  A $15.00 cancellation fee applies with a minimum 72 hours notice.  Less than 72 hours notice prior to your arrival date results in a forfeit of payment.

Monthly:  A 10%cancellation fee applies with a minimum of 30 days notice.  Less than 30 days notice prior to your arrival date relults in a forfeit of payment.

No refunds for unused portions of your stay.  No refunds for bad weatheror RV trouble.  Notice period is calculated by when staff confirms your cancellation.  Please cancell via Phone or Email.  Exceptions to the policy can only be given by the General Manager upon Review.
