Terms and Conditions:

 

Arrivals and Departures:

Check-in is 2PM to 10PM (No Arrivals after 10PM).  Early checki-ns are subject to additional fees.  Please call beforehand to check availability.  Guests arriving after 10PM will pick up a late night check-in Packet at the frone entrance advising of your site assignment; However, you will park in the registration area in front of the office and you will be permitted to check into your site at 7am after quiet hours have concluded.  As a reminder, Generators are not permitted during quiet hours.

Check-out is 7AM to 11AM.

Reservations:

Reservations for 'nightly stays' made 3 days in advance or less from arrival datwe are subject to payment in full.  There is a 3% reservation fee for all reservations made.

No-Show:

If by 4 PM the day after your scheduled arrival date you do not call or arrive, your reservation will be cancelled and all payments forfeited.

AS THE RESERVATION HOLDER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY UNDERSTANDS AND ADHERES TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS.  IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A QUALITY EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE IN THE PARK, ALL CAMPGROUND RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. 

Cancellations/Refunds:

Daily:  A $15.00 cancellation fee applies to reservations of less then 30 days.  A  reservation with a minimum 72 hours notice is equal to 1 nights stay.  Less than 72 hours notice prior to your arrival date results in a forfeit of payment.

Monthly:  A 10%cancellation fee applies with a minimum of 30 days notice to the first months payment.  Less than 30 days notice prior to your arrival date relults in a forfeit of payment.

No refunds for unused portions of your stay.  No refunds for bad weatheror RV trouble.  Notice period is calculated by when staff confirms your cancellation.  Please cancell via Phone or Email.  Exceptions to the policy can only be given by the General Manager upon Review.

 

ALL RECREATIONAL VEHICLES MUST BE RVIA CERTIFIED

 

Parking:

Cars and Trucks:  Reservation fee includes 1RV and 1 Car/Truck that fits on your RV site.

Extra/Visitor Parking:  Parking passes in our car/truck parking stalls are issued at managments discretion.  Typically, each RV guest is only allowed to purchase 1 additional pass.

Parking Pass Rates:-  Day passes and overnight passes are $10 to $20 per night depending on the season.

Cargo, Flatbed and Boat trailers:  These trailers are treated as second vehicles and vehicle parking fees apply.  Please inform reservation staff while making your reservation; if booking online please add in the guest comment section.

 

Wireless Internet:

Wi-Fi is provided by Spectrum Services through Village Camper Inn and is completely at their discretion.  Your access to the network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason.  You agree not to use the wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful.

The wireless network provided by Spectrum is provided "as is" without any warenties of any kind either expressed or implied.  Village Camper Inn is not responsible for customer equipment.  Individual technical support is not provided.

ALL CODES FOR PARK AMENITIES ARE FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.  IF CODES ARE GIVEN OUT TO UN-AUTHORIZED PERSONS,THE  CAMP SITE RESERVATION HOLDER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES AND/OR LIABILITY

 

Flags:  

The American Flag, State Flags, Current U.S. Military and Sports Teams are the only flags allowedto fly.  Sorry, NO Other flags are allowed to fly and this will be strictly enforced.

 

Pets:  

Village Camper Inn is a very pet friendly environment.  We provide doggie waste bags as well as waste recepticles at various locations.  You are expected to pick up after your pet at ALL TIMES.  Please do not allow your dog to use spaces other than your own to do their business.  Failure to pick up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave.  Any pet showing agression may be asked to leave Village Camper Inn due to insurance liability.  Cats are not allowed to roam.

Because of Safety issues and our insurance policy, We do not allow pure or crossbred Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, American Bulldogs, Rottweilers, Chows, Sharpeis, German Shepherds or any other guard dog type breeds.  No Exceptions.  Dogs and Cats must be kept on a 6 foot leash or shorter at all times.  Do not tie dogs to trees,shrubs utilityboxs,waterpipes etc. Pets are not to be left alone in your RV or Tied outside. as most dogs will bark non-stop if left alone.  Do not leave your pet outside overnight.  Pets are not allowed in public buildings.  Pets are required to be up to date on their license and vacinnations.

 

Fire Pits and BBQs:

Propane Fire Pits, BBQs and Solo Stove type firepits are allowed in spaces not provided with these items.   In spaces with Fire-Rings, Duraflame type product must be used.  If you are going to use a BBQ or Smoker please be respectful of others.  Please DO NOT set BBQs on the tables because doing so will damage the table.  Do not move fire-rings in campfire approved sites.

 

COURTESIES and QUIET HOURS:

Daytime courtesies including not blocking off streets with games, not playing loud games, keeping music at a reasonable volumn, (Your Neighbor does not want to listen to your music).  Nothing permitted during Quiet Hours.

Guests at Village Camper Inn must observe quiet hours between 10:00PM and 7:00 AM- it simply means being considerate of your fellow RVers.  At Security's or Camp Host's discretion you may be asked to quiet down.  Failure to comply or showing disrespect is grounds for immediate eviction and police escort off property.

 

KIDS:

Have fun on Bikes, Razors, Waves and Rollerblades, just DO NOT ride near the Entrance or Exit.  7 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Speed limit is 10 MPH. Helmets are mandatory.

 

Electric Powered Things:

Scooters, Bikes, One-Wheels, Hoverboards ETC...  Please maintain a safe speed and do not race around the resort. Speed limit is 10 MPH.  Riding after dark is allowed for Adults and Children (at their Parents' own Risk).  A bike light is REQUIRED. AGAIN- Helmets are mandatory.

 

Laundry:

The Laundry Hours are 24/7.  DO NOT leave your Laundry unattended in the Washers or Dryers.  Quarters are available in the Office.

 

Truck Campers:

Truck Campers are welcome at Village Camper Inn but, The Camper Shell Must Remain no more than 18 inches off the ground on Factory Installed Jacks.

 

Tents:

Tents are ALLOWED in DESIGNATED TENT SITES.  One small tent is allowed in an RV site with 1 Vehicle and 1 RV.  (No EXTRA VEHICLES).  Extra charges will occur.

 

Vehicle Repairs or Washing:

Vehicle Repairs are Prohibited.  Washing RVs is allowed with the use of a water nozel and limited use of water.

 

Tarps or Shade Structures:

Only new, non faded canopies are permitted as long as they do not infringe on neighbors' site boundary.  NO TARPS of any kind shall serve as an awning.  In the case of a roof leak, 2 weeks is the maximum you can tarp your roof.  Only pre-manufactured awnings and screen rooms designed to attach to the RV will be permitted.

 

Clotheslines:

Clotheslines are allowed, However; you are not allowed to tie them to anything except your own RV.

 

Locking Valuables:

Lock Bikes and other Valuables up to avoid theft!  Please use a Heavy Duty Lock.

We will not assume any responsibility for any damage caused by fire,theft,vandalism,natural happenings or accident.  Individualy shall cary insurance to cover any such loss when away from your RV, Please secure and lock vehicle.  Items such as Bicycles, Scooters and Boats should be Locked up or secured.  

 

Monthly Stays:

Potential Guests must fill out a complete monthly application before renting a site.  RV must be no more than 15 years old with current Title, Registration, Insurance and be in your name.  Income must be at least 3 times your total rental charges.  1 inside house pet is allowed.

SUBLEASING SPACES OR RVs IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  No space rental is transferable to any other party.

 

Courtesy:

Respect for your Neighbors includes keeping your site clean and free of clutter,  Also do not cut through other' spaces or allow your children to do the same.  

 

DAMAGES:

Your Credit-Card is auto charged for a minimum of $50:00 for Sewer spills, Oil Spills Leaks, Damages and  Excessively dirty sites.  Picnic Tables are not to be used for grills/BBQs and are not to be drug around your site.

 

COMMON SENSE REQUIRED.  IN ITS ABSENCE, THE MANAGERS RULE IS LAW.  HAVE FUN AND BE SAFE.

The Fine Print:

THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED.  MANAGMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY.  MANAGMENT ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR CAMPING PARTY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ITS FACILITIES.  CAMPERS, RENTERTS AND ALL OTHER USERS OF THIS PROPERTY ARE LIBLE FOR ALL PROPERTY DAMAGE.  CAMPING VEHICLES MUST BE OF SUITABLE APPEARANCE, MEETALL MANUFACTURER'S STANDARDS AND BE CURRENTLY LICENSED.

NOTICE: PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 799.20,ET SEQ., A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT JUDICIAL HEARING AFTER THE SERVICE OF A 72 HOUR NOTICE, IF THE OCCUPANT WHO HAS BEEN IN THE PARK 30 DAYS OR LESS, HAS EITHER: 1 FAILED TO PAY FOR HIS/HER OCCUPANCY IN THE PARK, OR (2) FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE PARK'S RULES AND REGULATIONS.  NO LONG TERM TENANCY. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Village Camper Inn shall not be held liable or responsible to the other party nor deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement for failure to delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement tothe extent,and for so long as, such failure is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party including but not limited to fire, floods embargoes, war, acts of war, ( whether war be declared or not), acts of terrorism, insurrections, riots, civil commotions, strikes, lockouts or other labor disturbances, acts of god or acts, omissions or delays in acting by any governmental authority or the other party.

Village Camper Inn and its Employees reserve the right to amend, revise and add to these rules at anytime without prior notice.  Please be aware that items not currently on our list may be added at anytime we see fit.  Managment's verbal requests are to be followed even if not explicitly listed in policies. 

VIOLATORS OF THE RULES OF THIS CAMPGROUND MAY BE EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND AND/OR MAY BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGES OR VIOLATION FEES,
