Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• 4 days or more cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus booking fee.
• 3 days or less cancellation prior to arrival: If reservation is less than or equal to 3 nights, 50% of stay will be refunded. If greater than 3 nights, there is a 50% fee for the first 3 nights, and then a full refund for the remaining stay greater than 3 nights. 
• No refund will be given to No Shows, or Evicted Guests.
• Louie Lake Campground regrets to inform guests that refunds for reservations will not be provided in the event of circumstances deemed as "acts of God." We kindly ask guests to take this into consideration prior to making a booking.
