Refund Policy

We are committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you're staying for less than one month, you have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel your reservation for a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you're staying a month or longer, you have 72 hours from the time of booking to request a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee.
