Terms & Conditions

1.     Speed Limit 10 MPH.

2.     Pets are welcome – If kept on a leash, cleaned up after and not left unattended. Pets are not to disturb other guests or be allowed on other sites unless welcomed by the other guest. (No dogs listed on the dangerous breed list permitted)

3.     Do not park on empty sites or grass.

4.     Do not move picnic tables or fire rings. (Staff will gladly move these if needed)

5.     Guests must keep their sites clean and dispose of refuse in the containers provided.  All guests will be responsible for leaving the campsite in the same condition as they found it.  Any damage or repairs resulting from negligence shall be the responsibility of that guest.

6.     No outdoor carpeting over 6 x 9 without permission from management.

7.     All children and teenagers must be on their site after 10 PM.  Parents are responsible for their children and their behavior.  Please escort all small children to and from bathhouses.

8.     Quiet time is observed between 10 PM and 8 AM, except for scheduled events.  Always show respect for other guests.

9.     Adult consumption of alcoholic beverages permitted on private sites only.  Public display of alcoholic beverages or its use by minors is not permitted.

10.  Physical violence, intoxication, obscene/disorderly conduct, possession and/or disbursement of drugs or display of firearms will be cause for immediate expulsion from the grounds.

11.  No ATV’s, skateboarding or rollerblading.

12.  No vehicle (broken down or otherwise) can be left over two weeks.

13.  Monthly site rentals restricted to RVs less than 15 years old.

14.  Monthly site rentals subject to pre-approval process.  From December-March monthly sites are subject to a $150 surcharge unless equal or greater propane receipts are presented. 

15.  Tents sites-Maximum 3 day stay.

16.  Walnut Meadow RV Park reserves the right to make and enforce, any other rules deemed necessary for the enjoyment of all its guests.

17.  Walnut Meadow RV Park shall be held harmless against all claims, costs, losses or liability of every nature and kind asserted against or incurred by guest.

18. No EV charging allowed on site, if caught charging an EV, please note a $50 charge will be applied to your account and charged to your card on file. 

Management reserves the right to evict (without refund) anyone guilty of misconduct or failure to abide by the above policies.
