*Please make sure you put your cell phone number on your account or we may not be able to get ahold of you and you will not get text messages. 

*Please make sure you put in the exact length of your trailer box not including the hitch area.  We have had customers put a 30' length and show up with a 38' trailer that doesn't fit the site they chose.  No refunds for putting in the wrong length as we might not have another site to switch you to.  The computer is never wrong!  

*Please do not park your self.   Always stop and check in at the office when pulling into the campground.

  • Check- in after 12 noon
  • Check-out before 11am on the day of departure
  • No arrivals after 11pm for the consideration of the other campers.
  • Have to be 21 or older to book a site.
  • No fires on the Beach
  • We are Pet Friendly!  Dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive and don't bark all of the time.
  • Please bring Dog Rabies vaccination proof
  • No golf carts allowed on transient sites, less than 30 day bookings.  Longer than 30 days must have Karl's permission first by calling at 5186059247 and golf carts must be insured with proof. 100,000/300,000 liability and $100,000 property damage, declarations pages, being sent to Karl's email address at warrensburgtp@aol.com after you get permission.
  • We are not responsible for inclement weather of any kind and any acts of God that may hinder any part of your stay.
  • There are no refunds of any kind due to acts of nature such as rain, site flooding, hot weather, mosquitoes, or any other insects, or any other act of nature.
  • If you don't lock your site, it is not guaranteed! If you do lock in your site it is for the duration of your stay and only $2 for all nights that you are staying.
  • 5 mph
  • Campspot (Weather Guarantee) is not associated with our Campground in any manner, whatsoever.  Please call or email them only.
  • No scooters of any kind including electric. Electric bikes ok.
  • No charging of Electric Vehicles of any kind as our electrical system is not set up for it and the electric service for this is not included in our pricing of sites.  Please make sure your family and friends understand this policy or they will be asked to leave immedietely.
  • The Warrensburg Car Wash at 3665 Main St, Warrensburg, NY 12885 has a ChargePoint station with 2 plugs. Additionally, Warren Ford, located at 3711 Main St, Warrensburg, NY 12885, also has a charging station with Ford Charge DC Fast Chargers
  • All sites include full hook-up with electric, water, Cable TV, WiFi, sewer/septic or pumpout, picnic table and firepit.   
  • Credit only on Cancellations, no expiration.  As per our Refund and/or Cancellation policy.  No exceptions for any reason, whatsoever.  No cancellation due to rain.  No credit if occurs within 7 days of arrival and once your reservation has already started, for any reason whatsoever!
