Cancellation Policy

For daily and weekly reservations, no refunds if canceled less than 48 hours before arrival. 

• 50 % refund if canceled at least 72 hours before arrival date.
• Full refund less $10 service charge if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
• No refunds or prorations are given for cancellations during your reseved stay once checked in and occupying the site.

For monthly reservations, no refunds if canceled less than 48 hours before arrival. 

• 50 % refund if canceled at least 72 hours before arrival date.
• Full refund less $10 service charge if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
• No refunds or prorations are given for cancellations during your reseved stay once checked in and occupying the site.
• No refunds on deposits made to hold reservations.
