Check-In is any time after 2:00 p.m. and before 10:00 p.m.

Check-Out is at noon (12:00 p.m.) on date of departure.

THERE ARE NO EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECKOUTS.

 

WE ONLY ACCEPT CLASS A & C MOTORHOMES, RVS, FIFTH-WHEEL OR TRAVEL TRAILERS.

WE ALSO ACCEPT CLASS B WITH A FULL KITCHEN (SINK, FRIDGE, STOVE/OVEN)

& BATH (TOILET, SHOWER, SINK) AND CLASS B+ MOTORHOMES.

 

NO CONVERSION VANS, NO TEARDROPS, NO TENTS OR POP UPS OR POP OUTS, NO CAMPER SHELLS OR CAMPER TRUCKS. THE VEHICLE MUST HAVE A FULL, SELF-CONTAINED INTERIOR BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. MUST INCLUDE RUNNING WATER, INTERNAL FLUSHABLE TOILET WITH BLACK WATER HOLDING TANK. CASSETTE TOILETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

 

IF A RESERVATION IS MADE WITH AN UNAPPROVED VEHICLE, THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.

 

Maximum of 6 people per site.

 

PAYMENT OF RESERVATIONS

PRICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

The reservation guarantees the dates and site only. Rates increase annually and seasonal pricing may impact your rate. 

100% of the balance due for a reservation is to be paid at the time the reservation is made.

NO CASH ACCEPTED

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE VALID.

Once the reservation is completed, an email confirmation is sent showing the payment was processed and a confirmation number has been assigned.

 

Rates are based on site size; all vehicles measured length overall must fit within the site with no overhang. This includes trailer tongues, towing devices, bike racks and any/all other extensions.

 

Rates include Water, Sewer, Electric, Basic Cable, Limited WIFI service, Heated Pool and Spa, use of the common areas, restrooms and showers.

 

GENERAL RULES:

 

QUIET HOURS ARE: 10 pm to 8 am

RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS CLOSE EVERY NIGHT AT 10PM AND REOPEN AT 7AM.

NO MORE THAN ONE (1) RV VEHICLE PER SITE PERMITTED.

 

Guests must vacate by noon on their departure day. Any RV or Car left on the site after 12 pm noon on assigned space will be charged the daily rate and is subject to being towed off the site. This is strictly enforced.

 

PETS:

2 pets allowed per site.  Dogs must be attended to at all times and are not to be left alone outside for any reason or for any amount of time. Dogs must be leashed when outside of the site. Please pick-up and properly dispose of all pet waste at pet stations located in the Park.

THE FOLLOWING AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED:

Pit Bull Terriers.

Staffordshire Terriers.

Rottweilers.

German Shepherds.

Presa Canarios.

Chows Chows.

Doberman Pinschers.

Akitas.

 

FIRE:

No open camp-fires, wood or charcoal burning in the park, only Propane is permitted. Wood pellets and smokers not allowed.

 

No Skateboarding in the RV Park.

No riding bikes thru RV sites.

Golf Carts and ATC's are not allowed in the park.

 

PARKING:

One parking pass is issued per reservation. One vehicle is permitted on each site. Vehicles parked at the site do not need a parking pass. Vehicles parked outside the site must have the parking pass visibly displayed in the front window. Vehicles parked outside the site without a parking pass are subject to immediate towing.
