Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Short Term Stays:

• Cancellations made 2 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival will forfeit a refund. Unless a doctor's note is provided. 

Monthly Stays of 28 nights or more:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $100 refund fee
• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit a refund
