RV Cancellation:

If you contact us 15 days or more prior to your arrival date you will receive a refund minus a $20.00 cancelation fee. If you contact us 8 to 14 days prior to your arrival date a Rain Check will be issued for the current season only. If you contact us 7 days or less prior to your arrival date, there will be no refunds nor Rain Check issued. Last minute cancellations, no shows, late arrivals, early departures due to inclement weather or personal reasons will forfeit any payment.

RENTAL UNIT DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

All rental prices are based on two adults and three children under the age of 16. All rental units sleep a maximum of five individuals. Fees apply for additional adults and/or children. We allow no more than four adults per site/rental unit. Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. A $100 Security Deposit will be required at check-in. This Security Deposit MUST be paid in Cash only. For guests camping with pets (maximum of two pets) in our pet-friendly units (R3, R4, R5 & R6 ONLY), an additional $100 CASH Pet Security Deposit is also required at check-in.  After departure, the unit will be inspected and if left in accordance with our cleaning regulations and no damage to said unit/site, we will mail your refund of the Security Deposit and if applicable Pet Security Deposit via check. We require 30 days advance notice of cancellation to receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations (less than 30 days), no shows, late arrivals, early departures due to inclement weather or personal reasons will forfeit any payment(s).
