CHECK IN TIME: 1 PM, (3PM for Cabins) If you arrive after the office is closed, please check the office door for a map with your site number.

CHECK OUT: 11 AM

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of check in time: $50 cancellation fee

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM

CABLE UPDATE! Many of our sites are without cable. We are trying to fix this, but we will be transitioning away from cable over the next two years. Sites 1 - 43 definitly do not have cable anymore. I'm sorry for the inconvience.

DOGS: We love your dogs and welcome them here at Water’s Edge! Please be respective of our other guests and follow these simple policies. Dogs must be on an 8 FEET OR SHORTER leash and leads. Clean up after your dog when they poop and DO NOT let your dog go to the bathroom on other people’s campspots. Dogs need to stay with you at all times outside.

CLEAN CAMPSPOTS: Keep your campspot clean. No clotheslines on your site. Do not put mats/rugs on the grass.

TENTS: Tents are only allowed in select sites. Do not set up a tent if you have not reserved it with the office first.

FIRES: Please keep fires inside the fire rims/pits. Do not move the firepits.

GARBAGE: Trash cans and dumpsters are for household trash only. No large items. Do not leave trash bags outside your unit overnight. Garbage must be placed in plastic bags and tied tightly.

EXTRA VEHICLES: Please only park where designated. A boat, trailer, dolly, motorcycle or any other vehicle beyond one per site is subject to additional fees and must be parked in an area designated by the park. Owner reserves the right to require an additional storage agreement.

FISHING: Congratulations on your catch! There is a fish cleaning sink outside the West Bathrooms. Please clean up after yourself. Please put fish parts into plastic bags and take directly to the dumpsters at the South end of the park, not the trash cans.

NO SMOKING: Please do not smoke in the restrooms, picnic areas, or beach areas. Also, please be courteous of your neighbors when smoking at your site.

WI-FI & CABLE TV: Wi-Fi and Cable are a great bonus to our campground, but are not guaranteed.

KAYAKS: We love offering free kayaks for our guests to use. PLEASE read the rules by the beach and follow them so we can continue to offer this fun activity to our guests!

CINNAMON ROLLS: Don’t forget that we serve Cinnamon Rolls to our guests EVERY Saturday morning!
