Agreement & Acceptance

By booking or staying at Waynesboro North 340 (“we”, “us”, “the Park”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your reservation acknowledges acceptance. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; your continued stay constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Check‑In / Check‑Out

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM.

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late departures may incur additional fees.

Occupancy & Vehicle Policy

  • Occupancy: Maximum of 6 people per campsite.

  • Vehicles: Up to 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles must park off-site or in designated visitor areas and may incur a fee. 

Quiet Hours & Conduct

  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum—no loud music, ambient noise, generators, or gatherings.

  • Behavior: Guests must conduct themselves in a manner respectful to others. Any disruptive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.

Campfires & Grilling

  • Fires are only allowed in designated rings. Must always be attended and extinguished fully before bedtime 

  • No burn barrels, open fires, or debris burning.

Pets

  • Pets are permitted if declared at booking. They must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet and under control at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets. Excess noise or aggressive behavior is not allowed.

Facilities & Amenities

  • Pools, restrooms, showers: Use at your own risk and in accordance with posted rules.

  • Playgrounds, trails, common areas: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Safety & Liability

  • You acknowledge that camping and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss.

  • Compliance with all posted signage, instructions, and local laws is mandatory

Environmental Responsibility

  • Dispose of trash in designated bins; respect recycling rules.

  • Leave no trace—pack out what you pack in and minimize environmental impact.

Prohibited Items & Activities

  • No fireworks, firearms, or weapons.

  • No commercial or business activity allowed on-site.

  • No use of ATVs, drones, mopeds, or motorized vehicles except street-legal cars and registered golf carts in designated areas.

Damages & Cleaning

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to campsites, facilities, or equipment.

  • Campsites must be left clean. Excess cleaning will incur a fee, assessed at our discretion 

Right of Entry

  • We reserve the right to enter any site when necessary for maintenance, emergency, or inspection.

  • Guests must allow access upon request.

 Privacy & Communications

  • We collect basic guest information for booking and safety. Email notifications, newsletters, and park alerts may be sent.

  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental permission.
