Welcome to West River Camping, our family friendly campground.  We hope you enjoy your stay with us.  We strive to make each guests visit with us an enjoyable, friendly, safe, clean and memorable experience.  Thank you from all of us here, for choosing West River Camping for your stay on the beautiful Fundy Coast, New Brunswick, Canada

Check-Out Time: 11am (All departures after 11am will be charged a Late Departure Fee of $25.00)

•  This is applicable for all Accommodations & Campsites.
•  We have clean-up staff in place for 11am, all late departures after 11am will be charged an additional $25.00 fee to the card on file, unless previously approved.

Check-In Time: 1:00pm (Campsites)  3:00pm (Accommodations)

• Campsites:  This is applicable for all RV & Tent Campsites.  To enquire about an early Check-In, please contact the office.
• Accommodations:  This is applicable for all Domes, Rustic cabins, Glamping cabins & Jacob Boy. 

At West River Camping we want all our guests to enjoy their vacation, getaway or the private oasis they are looking for.  Therefore we ask that you DO NOT ENTER any sites, accommodations or add ons,  that are not your rental.  It is the responsibility of the reservation guest to make their full party aware of all Rules & Regulations of the campground.

Speed Limit:  5 Km\h  TO PROTECT OUR CAMPERS

• There are children playing in the campground please drive with caution and DO NOT EXCEED 5kmh 
• Travel to the right only - One Way Loop 

Quiet Time:  11pm to 7am

• Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am 
• No music/ loud voices or generators are permitted during this time
• Absolutely NO fireworks are permitted in or around the campground at any given time.
• All visitors are required to check-in at the office, pay a visitors fee, park in designated area and must leave by 10pm 
• No Pets allowed with Visitors.
• Please notify the office immediately or call 506-887-2267 with any issues. 

Campsites/Accommodations:

• One Vehicle - One Unit(RV/Tent) per campsite  
• All visitors(No Pets Allowed) must register at office, pay $5 per vistor fee, park vehicle in designated area  and leave by 10pm
• No Smoking or Vaping in any of our Accommodations 
• Do not park on grass, we are working hard to grow it.
• Please respect the trees, shrubs, driftwood or unique additions through out our park.
• NO vehicle or RV washing permitted
• No signs, stickers or flags of profanity are to be displayed 
• Upon leaving your campsite ensure the area is clean, no garbage or personal belonging are to be left on the campsite. 
• Please notify the office of any damage that occurred during your stay.
• Any damage or repairs resulting from negligence shall be charged to the guest's credit card on file. 

Campfires:

• Do Not Move Fire Rings ($50 charge to reservation guest)
• Firewood can be purchased at the office or Wood shed with cash can.
• Instruction is given upon the daily GNB fire posting
• Do not bring wood/brush from the surrounding areas.
• Do not place food or garbage in the fire rings
• Upon leaving be sure there is no trash left in the fire pit 

Alcohol and Cannabis 

• Alcohol and Cannabis consumption are permitted only on the occupants’ campsite and prohibited in all common areas
• Rowdy behavior, profanity or intoxication will not be tolerated.

Washrooms:

• The public washrooms/showers rooms are located at the center of the park
• No Smoking or Vaping inside 
• Help us maintain the cleanliness of our public washrooms.  Flush, Rinse sink, Cleanup excess hair and take all belongings with you. 
• Please do not use your campsite or surrounding wooded areas as a bathroom facility 
• If any of our bathrooms are found dirty or not working properly, please lock the door & notify the office.

Laundry Room:

• Key can be signed out at the office.
• Complete your laundry and return key to office immediately.  Payment required at this time.
• Do not overload washer or dryer
• Absolutely NO washing or drying of any PET items.
• Clean dryer vent after each use and leave area as you found it.

Garbage and Recycling: 

• Garbage can be placed in the dumpster that is located at the entrance of the campground
• Refundables (bottles & cans) can be place next to the dumpster in the wooden bin or next to the woodshed at the office.

Pets:  We are a pet friendly campground in our RV/Tent sites(Max 2), Rustic Cabins, Glamping Cabins & Jacob Boy(Max 2 w/charge per pet) however our Domes are NOT Pet friendly with absolutely no exceptions.

• All pets must be leashed at all times, no matter the size or breed.
• Pet leads or tie outs must not extend beyond site boundaries.
• Do not allow your dog to constantly bark or charge at guests walking past.
• Owner must clean up after their pet, this includes on & off your campsite.  Please give your site a look over before check-out.
• Do not leave pets unattended on campsites or in accommodations for any given time period.
• Our domes are NOT pet friendly.  If a guest arrives with a pet, their accommodations will be cancelled and there will be absolutely no refund.  If a pet is found in these rentals, there will be a damage fee of your full accommodations charged!

Important Note:

• Management of West River Camping, reserves the right to evict any and all guests without prior notice for failure to abide by the above rules & regulations.  There will be NO refunds given to guests that are requested or choose to leave prior to their stay ending.  Owners assume no responsibility for loss by fire, theft, accident or Act of God.
