Park Rules and Policies

Safety first - MAXIMUM SPEED IN PARK IS 5 mph. Please slow down or you may be asked to leave.
The water is purchased from the city. Please do not waste it. We do not permit washing vehicles in the park.
To prevent sparks, please make sure all breakers are in the OFF position before connecting your power cable.
Please keep your lot neat and free of trash - This includes cigarette butts, bottle caps and candy wrappers.
To protect sewer system and leach fields, please DO NOT use bleach, formaldehyde or phosphorus products in drains as it will harm septic system. All connections to septic drain must have sewer ring or donut type washer to seal and prevent air smell from leaking out. Respect your neighbors - make sure your sewage does not leak or smell.
Please use weight-bearing blocks or pads under RV jacks and stabilizers.
Car dollies or other small items may be stored under or near rig out of sight. No junk please!
Maximum TWO vehicles per lot. Consider asking about renting a storage lot for additional vehicles, trailers, etc.
The dumpster in the park is for household trash. Do not place hazardous, bulk materials, pallets, tires, or leftovers from your storage unit in dumpster. Please break down cardboard boxes and crush plastic containers. Do not change motor oil in park or place used motor oil into dumpster.
No commercial activities or mechanic work permitted. Please ask approval for jacked-up vehicles, changing tires or other repairs beforehand.
Kids - If you have kids staying in your RV, they are your responsibility. If we receive complaints, OR they are wandering around the park unsupervised or if they are left unattended for any reason, you may be asked to leave.
Pets - If you have pets staying in your RV, they are your responsibility. They must be under your control and on a leash when outside your RV (Maximum leash length 10 feet). Potentially dangerous or objectionable pets are NOT allowed in the park. Please pick up all animal droppings immediately. Any complaints, and you may be asked to leave. We are not responsible if utilities are lost to your lot for any reason.
Quiet hours - 10:00 pm - 8 am. Generators are not to be run during quiet hour times. Complaints about excessive noise means you may be asked to leave. This includes your guests.
Payment - Monthly Rent is due and payable on the first of each month. Rent not received by 5:00 pm on the 3rd day of the month will incur a $35 late fee+ $5 for each day (after the 3rd of the montl1) that it is late. Pay utilities for previous month's usage with your rent (based on kwh used). Any personal check returned insufficient will incur a $35 charge and all future payments will be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. All rent and utilities are payable to park host or placed in drop box. If you are out of town, mail payment to :Brighter Door, LLC 122 CR 4621, Hondo, TX 78861-Put Lot# with payment. Daily/Weekly fees paid at check-in. * Credit/ debit card payments will incur an administrative fee.
You may cancel your reservation at any time and receive a refund, minus a $5 cancellation fee.

AGREEMENT/WAIVER/RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY CONTRACT

I am aware that camping and/or RVing may be dangerous in that it involves the outdoors and activities ancillary thereto such as connecting
water and sewer lines, electrical service cords and telephone and cable TV lines. I, the undersigned do hereby unconditionally
release Brighter Door, LLC and Westbound RV Park, their agents, representatives, employees, servants, attorneys, officers, directors,
members, managers and any one action on their respective behalf from any and all liability for injury to my person, my children and
guest (including death) or damage or loss of property, arising in any way from my current visit or future visits to the premises owned by the
entities.
I further agree, that in the event any suit is instituted against the entities or any of their officers, individuals, directors, employees, agents,
owners, individuals, and representatives, arising in any way from my negligence, or the negligence of my guest, my children, agents,
employees, or any other persons using the facility with or without my permission, or the negligence of any parties, indemnified, to
indemnify and hold the entities, its officers, individuals, directors, employees, agents, owners, and representatives harmless from all
liability in connection therewith including, but not limited to, their attorney's fees and costs involved in connection with the defense
of any such action I further agree to assume any and all liability for and to indemnify the entities or any of their officers, individuals, or
facilities. I expressly agree to assume any and all liability for and to indemnify the entities or any of their officers, individuals, directors,
employees, agents, owners, and/or representatives for any claims which were caused in whole or in part by their own negligence or their
gross negligence or negligence. I further expressly agree to assume all of the related expenses arising from the entities negligence or gross
negligence as it is related to any claim and/or actions that arise during my use or occupation of the entities property.
I hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage now and forever arising out of or related to
participation and/ or activi

ties, or any other related visiting, camping, working, recreation whether foreseen or unforeseen and whether caused
by the negligence of the Releases or otherwise, I hereby separately agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the entities from any loss,
liability, damage or cost that they may incur, now and forever, arising out of or related to participation, activities, partying, or working
activities, whether caused by the negligence of the entities or otherwise.
I have read this Waiver and Release of liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement, fully understand its terms,
understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, am aware of its legal consequences, and have signed it freely and voluntarily
without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of
all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law, for me and my family.
As a parent or guardian, I am signing this document on behalfof my minor children and agree to be specifically bound to all the terms and
conditions of this Agreement I have read the agreement, fully understand the terms herein, understand that I have given up substantial rights
by signing it, am aware of its legal consequences, and have signed this document freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance or
guarantee being made to me. I intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by
law and further agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the entities.
And I further attest that I will abide by all Federal, State, County, Municipal or the entities laws and rules. In addition, I understand that I am
responsible for all my actions and that the entities are not responsible for my actions or for the theft or loss of any kind.
Pets may be allowed on the premises at the sole discretion of entities. Any pet allowed must be securely restrained and will not be allowed
to roam. However, in no event shall any dangerous dogs be allowed onto the premises. Dangerous dogs shall be designated as such at the sole
discretion of entities, but include any dog of a breed with the notoriety of being a guard, attack or fighting dog including but not limited to
German Shepherds, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers and Pit Bulls.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL: WESTBOUND RV PARK and entities reserves the right to refuse service at anytime and to have a guest vacated
from the entities property in the event ofinappropriate behavior or infraction ofthis agreement without refund. If someone is expelled from the
Park, they may not return to the property even if it is to visit another Park guest.
REFUNDS of RENTS: WESTBOUND RVPARK and entities maintains a NO Refund Policy to onsite guest.
ALL RIGHTS GRANTED TO REGISTERED GUEST IN OUR PARKS ARE THROUGH A REVOCABLE LICENSE, WHICH MAY
BE REVOKED AT ANYTIME. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF A TENANT WITH A
LEASE.
