Cancellation Policy

Daily Rate Reservations

We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for all daily rate cancellations and changes to existing bookings. Cancellations and changes made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable. No refunds are provided due to early departure. 

Monthly Rate Reservations

Monthly Rate Cancellation Bookings 1+ months in length: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Early Departure no refunds will be provided on any monthly rate reservation once the month has commenced. To end a multi-month booking earlier than originally booked, notice must be given in writing to the Westerner Park RV Resort at least 14 days prior to the end of the month. Cancellations received after this deadline will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
