Refund Policy
- No Refunds After Check-In: No refunds will be issued after the guest has checked in, regardless of the circumstances.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather.
- Rule Violations: Refunds will not be granted if a guest is asked to leave the premises due to failure to follow the resort's Rules & Regulations or for disorderly conduct.
- Management Discretion: The Resort Manager or Owner reserves the right to assess and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may be considered, but the decision of the management is final.
- Unforeseen Events: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or early departures due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other situations beyond the control of Quality RV Resorts.
