We can not be held responsible for weather,illness,work schedules or other situations therefore our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstances.  fee.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Site Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a 1 night deposit. Holidays & Halloween weekend to be paid in full at time of reservation. A refund will be given to cancellations made at least 14 days in advance minus a $25 cancellation fee
