Refund Policy

No Shows

·         Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds. All rates, specials, terms and policies are subject to change at any time without notice. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.  Refunds for electricity deposits will be refunded in the form of a company check and sent to your forwarding address.  Please be sure to leave your name, and address with the Park Manager prior to your departure to insure your refund.  All other refunds will be refunded in the form of original payment received.  (ie.  Credit cards will be credited back to Credit card used; cash, check, or money order will be sent a company check back to your forwarding address.)
