Whiskey Ridge Park, Dadeville, Alabama

Rules and Regulations: Guests are subject to and agree to comply with all Park Rules, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Whiskey Ridge Park INC may modify the Park Rules from time to time at its discretion. Tenant hereby acknowledges receipt of the current Park Rules. Tenant also agrees and acknowledges that failure to comply with all park Rules will constitute a material default of this Agreement and will be cause for immediate eviction and removal from the RV Park.

  • CHECK IN TIME: 2:00PM
  • CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00AM
  • Only registered overnight guest shall be admitted or allowed to remain in any State Park after the designated closing hour unless such person has special written permission of the manager of said Park. Guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
  • QUIET TIME: 10:00 p.m. / 7:00 a.m. – please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time.
  • SPEED LIMIT: Please observe a speed limit of no more than 7 mph.
  • Vehicles/Driving:  Driving motor vehicle in excess of posted speed shall be unlawful.  Driving any vehicle carelessly and heedlessly disregarding the rights or safety of others, or without due caution and at a speed, or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property shall be unlawful. Riding on the hood, roof, fenders, or trunk, or other exterior portion of automobiles, or riding on the roof, Conservation Chapter 220-5 Revised 3/17/23 5-5 fenders, hood, bumper of trucks, while traveling on parks roads or other parks premises shall be unlawful. Motor bikes, minibikes, motorcycles, motor scooters, go-carts, any other type motorized vehicle and bicycles shall not be driven in any areas or on any trails not designated for their use. Only licensed vehicles shall be allowed to be utilized by the public on Park roads. No motorized vehicles of any kind or bicycles shall be allowed on horse trails, hiking trails or beach areas in any State Park, except where specifically permitted. No person shall park any vehicle, camper, trailer or any towed conveyance in any area not specifically designed for said vehicle.
  • Bathrooms: Please make sure all hygiene products are removed after each wash and that all trash is thrown away in the receptacle. Please spray down the shower after each use with the provided cleaning solution and rinse the shower before exiting the restroom. 
  • Washroom: No one under the age of 18 without adult supervision is prohibited in the washroom (Strictly enforced.)
  • Do not leave your laundry in washers or dryers after use. Be considerate of other guest and their laundry needs.
  • No dogs, cats or any type of pets are allowed in the bathrooms (Strictly enforced.)
  • No Aggressive dogs small or large. They are your responsibility. (Strictly enforced.) 
  • There will be a $500.00 fine for any type of damage to Whiskey Ridge Park’s property or equipment.
  • Shot records are required for all dogs prior to arrival at the RV Park.  Please email these to hello@whiskeridgepark.com.
  • Tents in the RV sites are not permitted
  • SEWER: Sewer connection – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Alabama law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector.
  • CHILDREN: We want the children to be safe and have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of parent/guardian.  We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior.
  • POND: Swimming is not permitted. The pond is to be used for recreational fishing purposes only. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to play around or be near the pond area without adult supervision. You are liable for their behavior, their safety, and wellbeing.
  • POND: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the RV Park Property Owners, Whiskey Ridge Park, the Park, and their principals, members, shareholders, partners, directors, managers and employees from and against and any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with pond incidents located at the RV Park, including, without limitation, the claims of any third parties related to death, bodily injury or damage to persons or property.
  • POND: No vessels are allowed in the pond.
  • Fishing: All persons fishing in any park shall abide by the fishing regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and other fishing laws which are in force in the State of Alabama. A person so fishing shall, upon demand, exhibit his catch or fishing license to any game warden or other officer of the Department for inspection. Fish shall be taken by rod and reel or pole and line only, in State Park lakes or waters. Use of other methods of fishing such as trot lines, set hooks, gigs, nets, seines, spear guns, bow and arrow, etc., is prohibited. If you decide to clean fish, you must do so on your rented site and dispose of debris. Do not leave it out for wildlife/pets to consume or left to decompose on site.
  • SITES:  must kept clean and orderly, as determined by management.  Keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. 
  • TRASH/Sanitation: Dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied, and boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV, you are responsible for taking your trash to the dumpster provided in the park.  Cleanliness of the park is important to us. If you leave your garbage for Whiskey Ridge Park employees to clean up there will be a $100.00 Fine. Failure to dispose of all garbage, including paper, cans, bottles, waste materials, and rubbish by removal from the site or area, or disposal at places provided for such disposition shall be unlawful.
  • Wildlife warning concerning sanitation: Whiskey Ridge Park is in a wooded area. There are wild animals that habitat this area. This makes it extremely important to dispose of garbage properly. Whiskey Ridge Park is not responsible for any damages caused by wild animals. It is your responsibility to maintain a clean site and your own property during your stay. DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE.
  • NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED.
  • PARKING: Two vehicles per RV space are allowed. Please park in front of your RV out of the main drives or in the provided park spaces.            
  • CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT ALLOWED. ELECTRIC SPACE HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE RV. NO CHEATER BOXES OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. Whiskey Ridge Park is not responsible for any electrical components on or in RVs.
  • CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be the reason for immediate eviction without refund. Further explanation: It shall be unlawful to incite or participate in riots, indulge in boisterous, abusive, threatening, indecent or disorderly conduct in any park area. Anyone in violation of this regulation may be ejected from the park or arrested and shall not be entitled to a refund of any fee or rental.  Failure to maintain quiet in campground, lodge and cabin areas between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall be unlawful.  It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, deface or remove any native wild or domesticated tree, shrub, plant or wildflower in any park. Destroying, injuring, defacing, removing or disturbing in any manner any real, personal or public property in any park shall be unlawful. It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, disturb, deface, collect or remove any natural, cultural, historical, archeological, geological, mineralogical, etc., objects or artifacts from Whiskey Ridge Park.
  • DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Whiskey Ridge Park. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person (s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.
  • Pets are permitted at Whiskey Ridge Park, however only in strict compliance with the following terms and conditions:
    • All pets must be kept on a leash at all times during which the pet is outside of your RV. If you personally have a containment area for your pet(s) have the manager look at it for approval, (it must not encroach on any other site area and must be for small breeds only). After use the area must be returned to the way it looked originally. If your pet leaves said containment area you are required to leash them immediately and/or are responsible for anything pet related outside and inside of the containment you provided for your pet. The manager can permit you to use the structure but is NOT liable for either the animal or the containment area provided by the tenant.  Pets must be supervised/contained at all times. If they are not, you are subject to be fined 100.00 per occurrence and could be asked to leave the park without a refund.
    • Please be advised that pets found unsupervised for longer than 24 hours in the RV Park may be impounded. (This refers to owner negligence, animal dumping, and/or persons letting pets run free in the park disregarding the rules of leashing/containing the animal. There will be a 100 fine and you can be asked to leave the park without a refund.
    • The number of pets are limited to two per site
    • No aggressive dogs are permitted 
    • Pets are not permitted on other Guest’s RV sites.
    • All Guests are required to clean up after their pet(s). Whiskey Ridge Park reserves the right to assess a $100 per occurrence fee if you fail to clean up after your pet(s). Droppings must be bagged and disposed of by the pet owner.
    • Barking, excessive noise or other pet behavior that disturbs other Guests is not permitted. If Whiskey Ridge Park becomes aware of such behavior, management will notify you and request that you take action to correct the problem behavior. If such behavior continues after the second notice you receive from management, you will be required to remove the pet from the RV Park within 24 hours after notice from management without a refund.
    • Pets are not permitted to be tied or chained to trees or any other structure within the RV Park.
    • You certify that your pet has not previously bitten or caused other injury to any person. If at any time your pet bites or otherwise injures any person or other pet at the RV Park, you will be required to remove the pet from the RV Park immediately without a refund and the pet will no longer be permitted on the RV Park premises. You are liable for your pets actions.
    • If your pet displays threatening or aggressive behavior which Whiskey Ridge Park, in its sole discretion, deems to be dangerous or problematic, you agree you will promptly leave the Park upon request from Park with no recourse against Park and no claim for reimbursement or compensation from Park.
    • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the RV Park Property Owner, Whiskey Ridge Park, the Park, and their principals, members, shareholders, partners, directors, managers and employees from and against and any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your pet residing or being located at the RV Park, including, without limitation, the claims of any third parties related to death, bodily injury or damage to persons or property caused by your pet.
    • In its sole discretion, Whiskey Ridge Park can limit or restrict which pets are permitted at the RV Park. Aggressive dogs are not permitted at the RV Park regardless of size or breed.
    • Notwithstanding the forgoing, service dogs of any breed belonging to a Guest are permitted at the RV Park, subject to proper documentation.
    • Failure to strictly comply with these Pet rules and regulations will constitute default of this Agreement. Also, your failure to disclose and identify the existence of your pets to management will constitute default of Agreement and Whiskey Ridge Park will be entitled to all remedies set forth herein.
  • No guest, invitee, or visitor of a Guest may camp or sleep outside in their cars.
  • No more than one RV and two vehicles per rental space are allowed.
  • No inoperable or unlicensed vehicles will be allowed to remain in the RV Park. Guests shall not use or allow the use of their respective rental space for performance of major mechanical or long-term repairs.
  • Park and its management will not accept mail delivered to the RV Park for Guests or RV occupants. Guests must obtain a post office box or have their mail sent “general delivery” to the post office.
  • Campfires are allowed in portable, covered fire pits only, and not on the grass. Please do not put ashes in any trash receptacle, but they must be disposed of them before checking out.
  • Guests are not allowed to have any wooden structures or place any outside storage units on the premises.
  • Guests are not allowed to have window units or outside air conditioning.
  • Guests are not allowed to remodel RV's.
  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund. No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures.
  • AGE You must be 21 or older to rent a site and stay 
  • Disclaimer Of Liability:  Whiskey Ridge Park shall not be responsible for any accident or injury to any person while on park property or when using any park facility. Any person coming within the park or using a park facility shall by such entrance or use waive any claim against the Whiskey Ridge or its agents for any accident or injury occurring while on or within the park.

These rules are for health, cleanliness, legality and welfare of all.
