Cancellation Policy

 Your credit card payment will hold your reservation until 11:00AM the following day of scheduled arrival date.  Unless notified by email of late arrival.

 Please call us if you will be in after 8:00 PM. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received at least 14 days prior your scheduled arrival date to receive a 75% refund on your reservation. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a 25% refund regardless of when the reservation was made. Early departures, no shows will receive no refund. Changes to your reservation and cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine). Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we cannot give refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures for any reason.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE YOU TO AN EQUAL TO OR BETTER SITE TO ACCOMADATE YOUR STAY.

PLEASE REVIEW THE CONFIRMATION INVOICE TO BE CERTAIN THAT YOUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES ARE CORRECT.
