Refund Policy

If check-in 7 days or more away, your refund will be 100% minus fees.

If check-in is less than 7 days away, your refund will be 50% minus fees.

**Special 2024 Solar Eclipse Cancellation Policy**

If reservation dates fall anywhere from 4/1/24 to 4/13/24: 

If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the 1st day of reservation booked, you will be eligible for a refund of 25% of the nightly rate and cleaning fee only. No booking fees will be refunded.

If you cancel under 30 days prior to the  1st day of reservation booked, you will not be eligible for a refund. You can transfer the reservation to another name or cancel with no refund.
