Please observe the following terms & conditions
Checkin time: 2:00pm
Checkout time:11:00AM
Quiet time: 10:00PM- 7:00AM
Campsite:
Have fun biking safely
Please respect people’s campsites by not walking/riding through them
Make sure all campfires are in the fire ring only and attended by an adult.
Please leave campfire rings in their original locations. The grass is damaged when they are moved around.
Fires lowered by 11:00pm, out by 12:00 Midnight,
Firewood is available at the store. Please do not burn wood from the property.
Please clean campsites before leaving.
One vehicle per campsite. $5 per day additional parking available for extra vehicles. Register and receive vehicle pass at check-in.
No Refunds for early departure or revisions to original number of guests for campsite reservations.
Children:
Children must be supervised at all times.
Dogs:
Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up any dog waste.
Dogs must not be left at the campsite unattended
Dogs with aggressive behavior, excessive barking or generally being disruptive, will be asked to leave. No refund for early departure.
Visitors:
$5 day visitor passes are available at the office/store. All visitors must register at the store upon arrival.
Cancellations/Refund Policy:
We have a two week cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please call at least 2 weeks ahead of your check in date, and we will authorize your refund, minus a $14 fee that covers our administrative and processing costs. Thank you in advance for understanding our policy.
We do not refund if it is less than 2 weeks before your arrival.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE
By finalizing and reserving a campsite at White Caps Campground, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by these policies. The lead camper (person that finalizes the reservation and name that appears on this reservation) for your group assumes the responsibility of sharing these Terms and Conditions with each member of his/her group, including payment of all amounts when due. It is the responsibility of each camper/visitor to read the conditions in its entirety.
