Cancellation Policy

Whitefish RV Park

Cancellations must be finalized at least 15 days prior to the reservations original arrival date to recieve a 50% refund of the reservation's duration. Any cancellations recieved in 14 days or less will recieve a 25% refund on the reservation regardless of circumstance. A cancellation submitted anywhere from 48 hours prior to the arrival date up to check-in will not be entitled to any form of refund. No-shows or early departures will also not be entitled to any compensation for days missed. Cancellations may be submitted by email or by contacting us over the phone but it is HIGHLY recommended that guests cancel their reservation themselves through the campspot portal as to forgo any risks to the time-sensitive nature of our cancellation policy. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we are a working park and as such are regularly outside tending to the grounds as well as our guests and that at all hours of the day the agency of your reservation lies with you - our guest. 

Change Fee: A fee that may apply if you modify your reservation.

Extended Stay: For reservations that total more than 30 nights your $500 deposit is non-refundable
