Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy:

Short Term RV Stays:

Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance incur a $10 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.

Long Term RV Stays:

Monthly RV Reservations:

Reservations cancelled more than 45 days in advance incur a $10 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 14 or less in advance of arrival will incur a fee of one night’s stay.

Cabin Reservations :

Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance are not refundable, however account credit for future booking can be provided.

Reservations cancelled less than 30 days in advance are not refundable and no account credit will be provided.
