Refund Policy

Full Refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the stay, including all booking costs and applicable taxes.
• The $5 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Partial Refunds:

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the first night's site fee for each reserved site.
• The remaining balance of the booking cost and applicable taxes will be refunded.
• The $5 booking fee remains non-refundable.

No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notification, no refund will be issued. This includes all site fees, booking costs, and taxes.

Non-Refundable Fees:

• The $5 booking fee is non-refundable regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
• Any other designated non-refundable fees will not be refunded, including Lock Site fees.
