TERMS & CONDITIONS
By confirming your reservation at Wild Adventures Safari Campground, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Cottages
- Check-In: Begins at 3 p.m.

RV & Tent Sites
- Check-In: Begins at 1 p.m.

Reservations
- Guests must be at least 18-years-old to make a reservation.
- Reservations are subject to a $5 non-refundable processing fee.
- Cabins and RV sites require a 2-night minimum during the weekends.
- Maximum stay: 14 nights
- Not accepting seasonal stays
- All 30 Amp Full-Hookup, 50 Amp Full-Hook-up, and 50 Amp Pull-Through RV sites are listed five feet shorter in length than they actually are to ensure our guests will have adequate room to fit in the site selected.
- Wild Adventures Safari Campground cannot be held responsible if an accurate trailer length is not entered when making your reservation.
- If there are no sites available via our online booking process, please contact (229) 219-7080 to check availability or make reservations.
Lock Site Option
Guests have the option of "locking" a specific lot number for their reservation for an additional $15 non-refundable fee that can be added at the time of booking. The "Lock Site" option will ensure that guests receive the specific lot number requested.
Deposit
The full balance of your reservation will be required at booking. All reservations have a $5 nonrefundable booking fee.

- Cottages - 8 People maximum per site
- RV Sites - 8 people maximum per site
- Tent Sites - 4 People maximum per site
Safari Station Hours of Operation
Visit Safari Station when to Check-In and Check-Out. Safari Station also offers general store items for purchase as well as animal experience opportunities.
- Safari Station is open 8 a.m. to 1 hour after Wild Adventures Theme Park closes for the day.
- Safair Station is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. when Wild Adventures Theme Park is not operating

Cancellations
- Cancellations made outside of 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your stay.
- Any cancellation within 72 hours of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the first night's site fee for each reserved site. If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
- $5 booking fee is non-refundable.

Late Check-In Procedure
- If arriving after the close of Safari Station, guests will find site paperwork outside the entrance doors to Safari Station. Guests must return to Safari Station when it opens the following morning to complete the Check-In process.

RV Site Dimensions & Hook-Ups
- All sites: 58' x 12'
- Minimum RV Size: 12'
- Maximum RV Size: 49'
- All RV Sites are the same size and back in. No pull through sites.
- "Full Hook-Up" - All sites provide power, water, and sewer hook-ups
- All sites are wired for 20 AMP, 30 AMP, and 50 AMP
- Dump Station is available
- Generators are not allowed to operate at RV sites.
Tent site Dimensions & Hook-Ups
- All sites: 16’ x 19’
- All sites are wired for 20 AMP, 30 AMP, and 50 AMP
- Generators are not allowed to operate at Tent sites.
- No more than 2 tents are allowed at each side. Tents must not infringe on the space of the neighboring sites.
- Pop-up campers are not permitted in tent sites.
Vehicle Parking
- A maximum of two vehicles permitted per site.
- Any additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Wild Adventures Theme Park Guest Parking Lot. Additional vehicles will be directed to exit the park and re-enter the guest parking lot to pay a $18 parking fee.
- Vehicle parking tags must be displayed at all times.
- Please lock your vehicles Wild Adventures is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
- Parking policies may be enforced by park management, and violations may result in warnings, fines, or towing at the owner's expense.
Firewood
Federal regulations prevent firewood from being transported across state lines. No outside firewood is allowed. Firewood is available for purchase at Safari Station.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available to everyone at the campground free of charge. The Wi-Fi password will be shared at Check-In.
Laundry Facilities
A 24-hour laundry facility is located on the back-side of Safari Station.
- Washing machines - $3.50 per load (Card Only)
- Dryers - $3.50 per load (Card Only)
- Laundry supplies are available for purchase at Safari Station
Restroom & Shower Facilities
- Restroom and shower facilities at Safari Station are open 24/7 for all campground guests.
- Facilities will close for cleaning for 1 to 2 hours daily.
- Dispose of all trash in designated bins to maintain cleanliness.
- Dispose of personal hygiene items such as razors, soap, and shampoo properly.
- Keep noise to a minimum, especially during early morning and late evening hours.
- Limit shower times to ensure all guests have access.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the facilities. The campground is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Do not run or engage in horseplay in the restroom and shower areas for safety.
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of any open flames are strictly prohibited inside the facilities.
- The use of hair dyes and other potentially staining products is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed in the restroom and shower facilities, except for service animals.
- Help conserve water by turning off taps when not in use and reporting any leaks or drips to the staff.
- Wild Adventures Safari Campground prides itself on the cleanliness of its shower and restroom facilities, if at any time the restrooms do not meet your standards, please notify a team member as soon as possible.
Lost and Found
Items lost and misplaced at Safari Campground are held at Safari Station for 30 days. Please call (229) 219-7131 for inquiries.
Items lost and misplaced inside Wild Adventures Theme Park or Splash Island Waterpark are held at Guest Services for 30 days. Please call (229) 219-7080 for inquiries.
Drones
For the safety of our animals and the safety and privacy of our guests, the flying of drones is strictly prohibited at Safari Campground and Wild Adventures Theme Park.
Pets
- We welcome pets in our RV and tent sites with the following restrictions:
- Pets are not allowed inside any of the campground buildings (cabins, on-site RV’s, clubhouse, restrooms, laundry, etc.), excluding service animals.
- Pets must be on a leash and attended to at all times when outside.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets (even in nature areas) and properly disposing of waste in designated areas. Pet waste stations are provided throughout the campground.
- Excessive barking or disruptive behavior from pets may result in eviction from the park.
- Management reserves the right to ask guests to remove their pets if they are deemed a nuisance or threat to others.
- Wild Adventures Safari Campground does not have a dog park.
- Pets are not permitted in Wild Adventures Theme Park or Splash Island Waterpark.
Service Animals
We welcome Service Animals with the following guidelines to ensure an accommodating environment for all guests in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- A service animal is defined as a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. The work or task must be directly related to the individual's disability.
- Other animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals.
- Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times. They should be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and disposing of waste properly.
- Any damage caused by the service animal will be the responsibility of the guest.
- This policy complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant laws.
Pool Hours & Policies
- April 1 through Memorial Day Weekend: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- After Labor Day through Oct. 32: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- November through March: Closed
- Life jackets are strongly recommended to be worn in the pool at all times by children, weak swimmers, and non-swimmers.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please shower before entering the pool.
- Food, drinks, alcohol, and glass are strictly prohibited. Animals are prohibited except for service animals.
- No smoking.
- No running, diving, or dangerous horseplay.
- Because we are a family attraction, revealing swimwear, inappropriate language and behavior are not allowed; inappropriate tattoos or body piercings must be covered at all times. Cutoffs are not allowed.
- Diaper-dependent individuals are required to wear swim diapers or waterproof covers.
- Bather Load: 64
Damage & Cleaning Authorization
As part of a stay in a Wild Adventures Safari Campground cottage, you will be required to sign a damage authorization form at check-in. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that Wild Adventures Safari Campground is authorized to charge the credit card on file for the cost of any damages, excessive cleaning, evidence of vandalism, or missing items discovered during or after your stay, up to $1,000. Charges beyond this amount may be pursued through legal action or third-party collections.
Playground
- Playground is not supervised.
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Take turns on all play equipment.
- No pushing, shoving, or rough stuff.
- Be careful when the equipment is wet.
- Use the equipment correctly.
- Do not throw, carry, or kick rocks or gravel into the playground.
- No glass or bottles in the play area.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Speed Limit
The speed limit inside our campground is 5 MPH at all times.
Golf Carts
Golf Carts are allowed at our campground with the following restrictions:
- Golf carts must be operated by licensed drivers aged 16 or older.
- Speed limits for golf carts is 5 MPH at all times and in all locations.
- Golf carts should only be operated on designated roads and pathways within the park.
- Reckless driving, speeding, or operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Only registered guests of the RV park or campground are allowed to operate golf carts within the premises.
- Golf carts should not be driven after dark unless equipped with proper lighting, such as headlights and taillights.
- Golf carts should be parked at your site when not in use and must not obstruct traffic flow or emergency access routes.
- Golf carts are prohibited inside Wild Adventures Theme Park.
- Any damage caused by the misuse or negligent operation of a golf cart is the responsibility of the operator.
Aviary Hours
- Our aviary is open to guests from 10am - 6pm daily. Bird food is for sale at Safari Station for $2.
- Feeding of birds should only be done with the designated bird feed provided by the campground.
- Guests should follow instructions regarding proper feeding techniques.
- Guests should refrain from chasing, grabbing, or attempting to catch birds within the aviary.
- Guests should avoid sudden movements or loud noises that may startle or disturb the birds.
- Children should be supervised by adults at all times to ensure safe and respectful interaction with the birds.
- Guests should not attempt to enter restricted areas or climb on aviary structures for their safety and the safety of the birds.
- Guests should refrain from feeding birds any outside food or objects to prevent potential harm or ingestion of harmful substances.
- Photography is allowed within the aviary, but the use of flash photography may startle the birds and should be avoided.
- Guests are encouraged to enjoy the natural beauty of the aviary and observe the birds in their habitat without disturbing or disrupting their behavior.
- Campground staff reserve the right to intervene or ask guests to leave if they are observed violating any aviary policies or endangering the safety and well-being of the birds.
Alcohol Policy
- The legal drinking age is 21 years. Only guests of legal drinking age are permitted to possess or consume alcohol within the campground.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at individual campsites. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly and be considerate of their neighbors.
- Open containers of alcohol are not permitted in public areas.
- Alcohol is not permitted in common areas such as the playground, swimming pool, animal habitats, and other communal spaces.
- Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into Wild Adventures Theme Park or Splash Island Waterpark.
- All guests must conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to others. Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior due to alcohol consumption will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. During this time, alcohol consumption must be kept discreet, and noise levels should be minimal.
- Glass containers are discouraged to prevent breakage and ensure the safety of all guests.
- Guests are reminded that driving under the influence of alcohol is illegal and strictly prohibited within the RV park and campground. This includes the operation of motor vehicles, golf carts, bicycles, and any other motorized or non-motorized vehicles.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that minors do not have access to alcoholic beverages. Providing alcohol to minors is illegal and will result in immediate expulsion from the park.
- Any violation of this policy may result in immediate expulsion from the RV park and campground without a refund.
Freezing Temperatures
When freezing temperatures are expected, we ask that all RV sites drip connect their water hook-ups.
Severe Weather
In the unlikely event of excessively severe weather that would require the evacuation of Wild Adventures Safari Campground, a refund will be issued.
