Refund Policy

Cabins/Lodges/Campers: If a reservation is canceled more than 2 weeks
prior to the arrival date, a full refund is issued, less a $25
transaction fee. For cancellation of a reservation more than 1 week, but
less than 2 weeks, prior to the arrival date, 50% of the payment is
forfeited. For a reservation canceled less than one week prior to the
arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to
Wildwood Cove.

Campsites: If a reservation is canceled more than 1 week prior to the
arrival date, a full refund is issued, less a $25 transaction fee. For
cancellation of a reservation more than 48 hours, but less than 1 week,
prior to the arrival date, 50% of the payment is forfeited. For a
reservation canceled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the
full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to Wildwood Cove.
