Willow Shores Campground
GROUND RULES:
Lot tenants are established at check-in. Any other person coming to the lot is a visitor and requires a visitors pass.
As a lot tenant, you are responsible for the behavior of any and all guests that you invite. Along with this, you are responsible for making sure all visitors are signed in with the appropriate pass. If the staff has difficulty with any visitors, then we will ask them to leave and not allow any other guests to visit your lot.
If the lot tenants are not present, no children, other family members, or other guests may use the campsite. It does not matter the age of the person or their relationship with the tenant.
The speed limit is 5mph in both vehicles and golf carts.
Golf carts are allowed for transportation around the campground. (NO John Deere Gators, Polaris Razrs, Mopeds, etc.).
There are to be no golf carts in wooded hills, cornfield, or any field (unless you are driving to your boat). If you are caught taking you golf cart off roads, you will be asked to take it home.
A maximum of two cars can be parked on your lot at a time. If you cannot fit your car(s) on your lot, you must park in visitor parking to the left of the dumpster.
Please remember it is extremely important that all emergency vehicles can access all areas of the campground in a safe and timely fashion. Please stop by the office if you have questions on where to park your vehicle.
At the beach, there are no dogs allowed or any type of fishing.
Dogs must be leashed at all times, and please pickup after your animals.
Each lot is allowed one camper, two small tents, or one large tent. You CANNOT put a tent on the same lot as a camper.
Boats/boat trailers must be parked on the right side of the boat field. There should be no parking of boats/trailers in visitor parking or next to the park.
You are not permitted to trim any trees or break branches off any trees (whether dead or alive). If there is a tree that needs attention, please tell the office and we will send maintenance to come take a look at it.
If the trash dumpster is full, DO NOT put garbage on top of the lids. Lift up the lids and put your trash on top.
NO building materials, mattresses, or furniture are allowed to be disposed of at the campground dumpsters.
All boats must be registered at the office. If you are parking it at our pier walk, please make sure you have a pier card displayed on the dash of your boat when it is parked.
When driving around golf carts at night, please be courteous to the other people at the campground. No golf carts should be driving around with music playing after 10p.m. If we receive complaints or catch you in the act, you will be asked to take your golf cart home.
In order to operate a golf cart on Willow Shores property, you must have a valid drivers license (you may also operate a golf cart if you have a valid permit and are driving with a parent).
No motorcycles are allowed past the camp store. They are required to be parked either in front of the campstore or in the visitor parking upstairs. NO motorcycles are allowed to be parked on the lots at any time.
Children must be on their campsite by 11p.m.
You must have permission to shoot off fireworks.
All cars require a parking permit.
Truck/boat trailers must be brought back up to parking after you drop your boat in.
A one night non-refundable deposit for every reservation is required.
Refunds may be issued if canceled at the least 24 hours in advance (excluding one night deposit)
Cancellations must be done through campspot.
TENTERS: two small tents or one large tent is allowed PER lot. If you have more than this, you are required to book another lot.
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS:
- Holiday weekends are a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM stay required. These weekends include Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekend.
VISITORS:
- All visitors must register at the store/gatehouse. If the store is closed, your guest/s must scan the QR code to fill out visitor registration form. There is an “after hours” box located next to the camp store door. Money can be placed in a small envelope or your guest has the option to pay via paypal or lot charge.
- Visitors must have a lot # of the person they are going to visit.
- 12 and under is free. 13 & up = $4.00 on regular weekends and holiday weekends $5.00 - prices are per person per day.
- If the staff has difficulty with any visitors, then we will ask them to leave.
- Visitors are not permitted to bring their boat. Boats dropped at the launch can only be those of the lot tenants.
- All cars require a parking permit.
Micsellaneous Fee's:
- Please be aware that if you leave trashbags or leave your site a mess, you may be subjected to pay a fee for cleanup. This will be a miscellaneous charge to the card we have on file. Please be aware of this.
- The only other fee's you may be charged is if you buy firewood/propane during your stay with us. (Unless paid with cash)
