Cancellation/Refund Policy (RV Sites)

You must call the office to cancel a reservation (541) 271-0287.
 Cancellations 30 Days before arrival:
• 1-91 Days Booked: $20 penalty + $10 reservation fee
Cancellations 7-29 Days before arrival:
• 1-30 Days Booked: 1 Night + $10 reservation fee
• 31-91 Days Booked: 2 Nights + $10 reservation fee
 Cancellations less than 7 Days before arrival:
• 1-6 Days Booked: 1 Night + $50 + $10 reservation fee
• 7-30 Days Booked: 25% of Deposit + $10 reservation fee
• 31-91 Days Booked: 50% of Deposit + $10 reservation fee

Cancellation/Refund Policy (Cabins)

You must call the office to cancel a reservation (541) 271-0287.
• Maximum stay in the cabins is 14 consecutive days.
You must vacate for (2) two days before returning.
• Minimum stay of 2 nights in the summer season.
• No minimum stay in the winter season.
 Cancellations 7 Days before arrival:
• 1-6 Days Booked: $40 + $10 reservation fee
• 7-14 Days Booked: $75 + $10 reservation fee
