Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellations or refunds within 7 days of your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to the start of your stay will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee to cover booking and credit card fees. There is no fee for rebooking for different dates or for to exchange for a credit towards future booking.
