Refund Policy

Cancelation Policy- Same rules applied to editing reservation dates*info below

• Cancelations that occur 31 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged a $20 processing fee.
• Cancelations that occur 30-20 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be refunded 75% of total stay.
• Cancelations that occur 19-8 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be refunded 50% of total stay.
• Cancelations that occur 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will result in no refund.
• Reservation example date: July 18
  • 31 days (or more): June 17 $20 processing fee
  • 30-20 days: June 18- June 28 Refunded 75% total stay
  • 19-8 days: June 29-July 10 Refunded 50% total stay
  • 7 days and or less: July 11 No Refund

For date edits made to reservations - same days are applied to change.

• i.e. if you request to shorten your stay and you notify us within 7 days or less, there will be no refund on those nights removed.
  • if we are notified 8-19 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% refund on nights removed. (if two nights removed, one night refunded)
