****While Campground Reservations are open starting April 15th, we do not guarantee water availability by then. Current and future weather forecast will determine when water is available at Woodland Park. Each year the day will vary, always doing our best to stay as close to April 15th as Mother Nature allows. There are no refunds or partial refunds for these reservations.******
Woodland Park Campground Policies, Rules, Regulations
Registration Policy - All Campers
- All guests must stop at office upon arrival choose a campsite or to check-in to a reserved site.
- Guests must fill out a check-in sheet with all contact information.
- Check in / Check out time is 11AM
- Once check in completed, you are welcome to set up on the campsite you have selected after our 11:00 AM check-in time.
- No generators
Late Arrival Policy
- Set up on reserved site but guest will need to complete check in at the office the following morning.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancelations that occur 31 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged a $20 processing fee.
- Cancelations that occur 30-20 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be refunded 75% of total stay.
- Cancelations that occur 19-8 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be refunded 50% of total stay.
- Cancelations that occur 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will result in no refund.
- Reservation example date: July 18
- 31 days (or more): June 17 $20 processing fee
- 30-20 days: June 18- June 28 Refunded 75% total stay
- 19-8 days: June 29-July 10 Refunded 50% total stay
- 7 days and or less: July 11 No Refund
Miscellaneous Information
- Bathrooms are closed during cleaning hours everyday:
- West: 8:30am-9:30am.
- East: 9:30am-10:30am.
- All electric campsites have 30 & 50-Amp service.
- TV cable can be acquired at the office. A 50’ cord is available with a $20.00 deposit.
- Showers are no charge for woodland park campers; $3 non-camper fee. Pay at office.
- Individual pump out service is available from a local septic vendor. Pump out information is available at the park office.
- Non-Camper Dump Fee is $20.00.
- Limited Wi-Fi is available! Data points for Wi-Fi are located at the park office, pavilion, and community center. Password: superior
Rules and Regulations
- Campsite Capacity: 1 Camper/Trailer OR 1 Camper/Trailer and 1 Tent OR 2 Tents. Maximum of six (6) people per site.
- Campers under the age of 18 years must have adult supervision.
- No more than two (2) vehicles and one (1) boat/ORV trailer allowed per site. (Additional parking may be permitted by contacting campground office.)
- Vehicles or trailers shall not protrude into roadways. No parking in the roadways at any time.
- Camps are to be setup within designated site boundaries only. This includes awnings, extension cords, equipment and vehicles. Any non-compliance will result in charge for a second site.
- Each sleeping unit shall maintain a minimum of 4’ clearance on all sides.
- RV Trailers should be parked on campsites in a way to expedite removal in the event of an emergency.
- Campfire in rings only. Do not damage/cut any vegetation from park to use for firewood. Completely put out fire before leaving with ample water or sand. Do not burn plastic, glass, cans, or any garbage, including cigarette butts, within park.
- Following items prohibited from park: generators, chainsaws, fireworks, sky lanterns, air guns, bow & arrows, slingshots, drones, political/promotional signs. Firearms stay unloaded and remain in vehicle at all times.
- Quiet hour: 11PM - 7AM. Noise levels should be kept at a minimum during these hours. All other hours, be mindful and respectful of noise levels for neighboring guests i.e. radios, speakers.
- Disrespectful, vulgar, or profane language anywhere on Burt Township, Woodland Park Campground property will not be tolerated. Violations may result in expulsion from the park.
- Speed limit is 10 MPH. State and local traffic laws apply on all park roads.
- NO off-road vehicle (ORV) riding in the campground.
- Trash in designated trash bins only. Leave your campsite clean on departure. Campers may be required to make restitution for any damages to Burt Township, Woodland Park Campground property.
- Washing dishes at the water faucets on your site is prohibited. Dispose of gray water and sewage at appropriate dump stations. State law prohibits dumping waste on the ground.
- Be respectful of wildlife/nature during your stay. Do not feed/attempt to feed any wildlife. As there has been bear sightings, do not leave open, uncontained food or garbage around your campsite or in your tent. Report any bear sightings to Woodland park office.
- All pets must be kept on a leash, at all times. Never leave your pet unattended. Pick up pet waste and dispose only in pet waste sites situated throughout the park. Pets must be up to date on all their vaccines.
- The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground; American, Canadian, Military, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal or garden. Political signs or other promotional signs are not permitted.
- Subleasing of campsites is not allowed. Registered camper(s) who will not be present for an extended period of time shall report to the campground office and submit contact information in case of emergency.
- RV Rentals; If you are having a rental RV delivered to Woodland park please indicate on your registration form and notify the office prior to delivery date.
- Selling, vending, peddling, and distributing of any merchandise or property on the Burt Township, Woodland Park property is prohibited. The placing or distribution of advertising matter, literature, or other printed matter is allowed in designated areas only.
- If you wish to leave the park for several days, be sure your site is paid for in advance. If your site is not paid for within 24-hours of occupancy, the site will be cleared of equipment; camping privileges will be terminated.
- No call, no show reservations after 24 hours will void reservation with no refund
- No long term occupancy is permitted. You assume no ownership of campsites despite your duration of stay.
If you arrive and have not accepted the Terms & Conditions upon your arrival, you are automatically accepting them by occupying your site. Woodland Park is authorized to update your reservation accordingly.
Burt Township has the right to add to or change these rules. Park management reserves the right to evict anyone found breaking the rules, damaging property, or causing discomfort to other campers with no refund. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss of property
