Woodside Lake Park
We understand that schedules change, and cancellations might be necessary. If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so online through the link provided in your confirmation email, or you may call the campground office at 330-626-4251. (We cannot insure that text, voicemail, or email requests will be entered by the cancellation deadline.) All cancellations will incur a minimum $10 fee to cover processing. Please note the following cancellation deadlines to determine a refund of the remaining deposit amount.
RV and Tent Sites: 3 days prior to reservation date
Cabins: 14 days prior to reservation date
Special Note for Holidays: For reservations that include a holiday, the deposit is non-refundable. This includes Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
The Do’s of Happy Camping
ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN / TRAFFIC
- Check in for tents and campers is at 1:00 PM, Check out at 11:00 AM For early check in or extended check-out time, please contact the office in advance for availability and fees.
- Check in for cabins is at 3:00 PM, Check out at 11:00 AM For early check in or extended check-out time, please contact the office in advance for availability and fees.
- NO LATE ARRIVALS (after 9pm) as the gate for the campground will be closed.
- Site Capacity: Each site allows for 2 adults and 2 children. Fees apply for additional guests. MAXIMUM of 8 guests per site.
- Must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to rent & occupy a RV, Tent or Cabin Site.
- Visitors: Registered guests are welcome to entertain visitors at their site. All visitors must register at the office, pay the day or night fee, and receive a car pass. Day passes are valid up to 9:00 PM, and overnight passes until 11:00 AM the following day. Please advise your visitors in advance. Gate Cards are for registered campers only, not for visitors’ use.
- Tent set up: 1 large tent or 2 small tents are allowed per tent site. Stakes must be no more than 6” in the ground. No tents or stakes on pull-through or camper sites. Camping rates are based on the number of people and camping tents.
- Quiet hours are 11:00PM – 8:00AM. Anyone under 18 not accompanied by an adult, should be at their site by 11:00 PM.
- Gate Key Cards: Replacement fee for lost gate key cards is $20 per card.
Traffic and Parking:
- 5 MPH Speed Limit, strictly enforced. All vehicles must stay on the roadways and gravel areas, not in wet areas or in the grass, unless told otherwise by campground staff.
- 1 vehicle permitted per site (in addition to your RV). Other must be moved to parking area by the lake.
- Please direct your visitors where to park and drive, noting these guidelines.
- No ATV’s or mini bikes.
- Bicycles may be ridden during daylight hours. After street lights turn on, bikes should be equipped with front and tail lights. No rising on steps, blacktop at the bathhouse area, etc.
AT YOUR SITE AND AROUND THE PARK
Pets:
- We welcome your well-mannered pets. Please keep them on a leash at all times when outside your camper, clean up after them, and do not leave them unattended. No excessive barking or aggressive dogs are allowed.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of pets per site. You are responsible for damage caused by your pet.
- No pets are allowed in or around the swimming area, cabins, or tent sites. Renters found with pets in cabins will incur a $150 cleanup fee plus any damage charges, AND the party will be asked to leave the park.
Campfires and Site Cleanup:
- Keep your campsite clean and clear of clutter.
- Fires must be kept within the fire rings. DO NOT move fire rings.
- NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD brought into the park due to Oak Wilt Virus Disease. Firewood is sold at the office. Do not cut or trim our trees. Please burn ONLY firewood or charcoal, not trash or scrap wood with nails.
- Trash should be taken to the dumpster. Dispose cigarette butts in the proper receptacles, not on the ground or in the firepit.
- Please do not place hot items in the dumpster.
- Cabins: Cabins are smoke free. Please clean up inside before you leave.
- No cutting, defacing, removing or damaging trees,shrubs, flowers or any park property. Violators will pay damages & labor required.
- Toilets, showers, black water & gray water tanks must use dump station if not at a full service campsite.
PROHIBITED:
- Firearms, bows & arrows, BB Guns, pellet guns, fireworks or firecrackers.
- Washing of trailers, vehicles or golf carts is not permitted. Seasonal guests have specified dates for washing.
- If consuming alcohol, it is expected that you do so responsibly and with discretion. We ask that alcoholic beverages are kept at campsite ONLY! Any illegal substances are prohibited from park property.
- Smoking of marijuana of any kind is prohibited within campground property regardless of legal status.
AMENITIES
- Inflatables and water toys are an additional $5 per day/per person for overnight guests. Visitors pay the daily guest rate for swimming and fishing.
- Children under the age of 13 years old must have a parent with them at the lake and game room.
- Beach and Picnic Area: Beach and Picnic areas are closed from 11pm to 8am daily. Swimming and use of inflatables and water toys is available from 11am - 7pm when lifeguards are on duty.
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - children must be accompanied by an adult.
- No pets or glass containers are allowed in or around the swimming area.
- Life jackets are mandatory when using inflatables/water toys. (see fees)
- No fishing around the swimming area or from docks.
Please conduct yourselves in a manner becoming of a great camper – be respectful of yourselves, others, and whatever space you utilize! You will be responsible for everyone in your party. Remember to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere. Disrespectful and/or unlawful behavior may result in campers being evicted without refund.
Registered guests and visitors agree to abide by all regulations whether written or verbal, and management reserves the right to restrict the use of all facilities should a camper fail to comply. Facilities are used at campers own risk and I agree to hold harmless Woodside Lake Park and its employees for any injuries including death or property damage resulting from the use of the facilities.
EMERGENCY - Dial 911. Location: 2486 Frost Rd. Streetsboro, OH 44241. There is an Emergency Phone located in the Back of Office in a wooden box. Call the office: 330-626-4251. Make sure someone opens the security gate for emergency vehicles
By signing/making a reservation/staying at Woodside Lake Park, I agree that Woodside Lake Park has permission to photograph me, any members of my family, and any visitors to my site for any purpose related to the marketing of the campground in any medium. I waive any right to be compensated should my photograph or likeness be used in this manner.
I understand these guidelines of this campground and agree to abide by them. I understand the campground reserves the right to eject, without refund, any camper or visitor violating these guidelines.
Upon my signature/reservation/stay I agree: to pay all charges resulting from my stay. These fees may include but are not limited to visitor(s), damages, equipment rental, early departure, late departure, and store purchases. I am responsible for all charges made by myself, my family, and my guests. I agree for myself and my guests to hold harmless Land Lease America LLC, Team Outsider, Woodside Lake Park and it's employees or agents in the event of any accident or injury assumed in the use of equipement or facilities on the property.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
