Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, travel delays, early departure, schedule changes, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy: We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature and weather. The Campground operates rain or shine. All terms, policies, rates, and discounts are subject to change without notice and at any time.

        50% of reservation refunded

LESS THAN 1 WEEK

        Full reservation, fees, and deposits forfeited

Note: Cancellation of monthly reservations will result in the Application Fee and Deposit being forfeited in addition to the $25 cancellation fee.

Change Policy: Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window will result in a one-time courtesy change and every change made thereafter will be charged a service fee. Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window.

Payment Policy: Payment for short term stays is due in full at time of booking. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

No Show Policy: Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

Special Events: No refunds for cancellations less than 3 weeks from date of special event arrival. No cancellation fee incurred.
