CANCELLATION POLICY - We highly recommend travelers' insurance 

RV & TENT SITES

  1. We require a two-night deposit plus a $10.00 reservation fee and $30 administrative fee to secure your reservation.

  2. More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, minus the $30 administrative fee (and Lock-site fee if applicable). 
  3. 14 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation cost, minus the $30 administrative fee (and Lock-site fee if applicable).
  4. Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund. 
  5. Campspot will automatically collect the full reservation balance 14 days before arrival to align with the no-refund policy.

CABIN Refunds:  Mama Bear/sleeps 4- Papa Bear/sleeps 6 ( 2 night minimum stay) 

  1. Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you cancel prior to 30 days of arrival, we will refund your full payment, less a $50 processing fee. If you cancel less than 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your payment.

  2. NO REFUNDS for early departure - We recognize that your travel plans may change after you have arrived but we also hope you will recognize that your reservation has held a place in our calendar which has blocked other travelers from staying with us.  We highly recommend travel insurance to help with interrupted travel plans. 

Henry’s Fork Reunion Cabin - sleeps 14 AND Golf & Geysers Cabin - sleeps 16+  (3 night minimum stay)

  1. Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you cancel prior to 90 days of arrival, we will refund your full payment, less a $75 processing fee. If you cancel less than 90 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your payment.

  2. NO REFUNDS for early departure - We recognize that your travel plans may change after you have arrived but we also hope you will recognize that your reservation has held a place in our calendar which has blocked other travelers from staying with us.  We highly recommend travel insurance to help with interrupted travel plans.  Henry’s Fork Reunion Cabin includes an additional cleaning fee in your total reservation fee. If you cancel at any time you will be refunded the cleaning fee.
