Terms & Conditions

Check in for RV sites is 2pm and Check out is at 12pm. Check in for lodging units is at 3pm and check out is 11am. There is no early check in or late check out.

Please note that your site will not be changed unless the site is unable to be occupied due to damage or other issues.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. 

Lodging Units: Linens, Sheets, Pillows and Towels are not provided.

Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee and receive a parking pass. Day visitors must depart nightly by 10:00 pm. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.

Reservation Policy: All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival which we will take automatically with the credit card on file. Special or promotional offers are only valid on non-holiday or special event weekends and connot be combined with any other offers.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 10 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee or guests may receive a camping credit for the full value paid, to be used at the campground within (1) one year from the date of cancellation. Camping credits are non refundable. Any Cancellation made within 10 days or less of the the reservation check in date are non refundable.

Pool, Splash Pad, WIBIT: Hours are posted at each location and on our daily activity log. Warning: No Life Guard On Duty at the swimming pool, or any other water related activity and participating and swimming is at your own risk.  Anyone 16 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times at the pool or any other water related activity. Please obey rules as posted

BYO Golf Cart and Side by Side Waiver: I understand that I am responsible for any damages to property and/or injuries that occur to one’s self or a third party, due to the use of the golf cart/side by side on the property of Jellystone Lake Charles. I understand to stay on designated roads. Please note that Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ RV Resort at Lake Charles is private property, anyone operating a golf cart/side by side must have a valid driver’s license.

Online Booking Fee: If you booked online and need to cancel your reservation, your booking fee is not able to be refunded.

Campground Month-to-Month Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Term: This is a month-to-month agreement that renews automatically unless terminated by either party with at least 15 days’ written notice prior to the end of the current month.
2. Payment: Rent is due in full on the same date as your initial booked date of each month. Late payments may incur a fee of $50 after a 5-day grace period.
3. Occupancy: Only registered guests and their listed occupants may stay on the site. Subletting is not permitted.
4. Site Maintenance: Guests must keep their site clean and free of trash. No permanent structures, flags, decor or alterations may be made without prior approval.
5. Utilities: Basic utilities (water/sewer/electric) are included unless otherwise stated. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges.
6. Noise and Conduct: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or harassment of others will result in immediate termination of this agreement.
7. Pets: Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Aggressive pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed to be left outside tied up. 
8. Liability: The campground is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
9. Termination: The campground reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for violations of rules or other just cause.

Compliance: Guests agree to follow all posted campground rules in addition to these terms.

Entrance into the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ RV Resort at Lake Charles., to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without any compensation to the visitor. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment, including being injured by insects or other animals, being injured while participating in recreational activities - such as hiking, swimming, boating, and jumping pillow - at Jellystone Lake Charles, or of acts of mother nature, or COVID19 related illness and agrees that the said camping resort and it's owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from such causes. 

BY SIGNING THIS I AGREE TO READ AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS LISTED ON THE SITE MAP, BROCHURE, WEBSITE, AND/OR POSTED ON THE PROPERTY.
