Thank you for considering Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park in Mexico, NY. Our 2025 camping season begins May 2nd and ends October 26th .

You must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. All sites and cabin rates are based on 2 adults 18 and over and 2 children between the ages of 4 – 17. Children 3 and under are free. There will be an extra charge for additional adults and/or children between the ages of 4-17.

There is a 2 night minimum for all weekend reservations and a 3 night minimum for all holidays for sites and rental units. During the week, there is a 2 night minimum for all park model trailers and deluxe cabins. We allow only one camping unit per site.

Check-in time is 3pm for all sites. Check out time is 1pm for campsites and 10am for all rental units. *NO CHECK-INS ALLOWED AFTER 10PM.*

We allow a maximum of 2 pets per site. Please bring a copy of your pet’s up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate for check-in (rabies tags are not accepted.) Entrance into the park will not be allowed without your pet’s rabies vaccination certificate. Certain breeds are not permitted: pure bred or mixes of Pit bulls and Rottweilers. NO PETS allowed in or around any Rental Units except our Pet Friendly Cabins and Park Models. Please review the Pet Policy on our website for additional information or feel free to give us a call.

Credit card payments are processed when the reservation is confirmed. There is a $5.00 processing fee for all reservations. You will receive a detailed confirmation statement via email. It is important to review it carefully and give us a call at 315-963-7096 if you have any questions or if any changes need to be made.

I agree, and shall cause all individuals listed on my reservation including any visitors to my site to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published at https://jellystonecny.com/policies/ posted at the Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Jellystone Park management. I further understand and agree that Jellystone Park does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. Jellystone Park's refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:

Cancellation Policy:​
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. No refunds due to illness, work schedules, early departures or other events beyond the campground’s control. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19.

For Lodging Rentals:
Minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to receive a refund. The amount that you paid for your reservation will be refunded less $40 cancellation fee. For all holidays - Minimum of 21 days’ notice is required to receive a refund. The amount that you paid for your reservation will be refunded less $40 cancellation fee. Less than 14 days or less than 21 days for a holiday reservation: Full amount paid for your reservation will be forfeited

For Campsites: 
Minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to receive a refund. The amount that you paid for your reservation will be refunded less $25 cancellation fee
For all holidays - Minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to receive a refund. The amount that you paid for your reservation will be refunded less $25 cancellation fee. Less than 7 days or less than 14 days for a holiday reservation: Full amount paid for your reservation will be forfeited

Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided for weather conditions, no shows, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.

Campground Credit is only redeemable at this location and must be used within one year from the issued date and can only be applied toward your site, cabin or trailer rental, or Campspot point of sale transactions. For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to the reservation.

2025 Camping Reservations: Payment for summer and holiday reservations is due in full at time of booking. All spring and fall reservations require a 50% deposit with all outstanding balances due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Any outstanding balances that remain 29 days prior to arrival will automatically be charged to the payment method used for the initial deposit.

You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a Campsite, tent site, Cabin or park model trailer.

As a participant in a recreation activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in the activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others.

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Sun Shade Outdoors LLC d/b/a Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort of Mexico, NY, its owners and agents (collectively, Jellystone Park Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Jellystone Park property, facilities, amenities, pools, jumping pillow, obstacle course and the river (including, but not limited to tubing, wading and swimming) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, snow, hail, ice; or encounters with wildlife.

I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Jellystone Park Management, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Jellystone Park Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.

As a courtesy, our employees, if so requested, may assist with directing you to your designated campsite. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, bollards, trees, electrical pedestals, water spigots, etc. when positioning your RV on the campsite. You agree to indemnify and hold  Sun Shade Outdoors LLC, d/b/a Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp- Resort of Mexico, NY, its owners and agents (collectively, “Jellystone Park Management”) harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a campsite. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Jellystone Park Management for any and all liability, loss, or property damage relating to an employee assisting/directing you to your site.

The Premises are privately owned and THE JELLYSTONE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Jellystone Park Management reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the campground based on violations of Park Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or
mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Jellystone Park Rules and regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. On behalf of each
person in my party, I grant Jellystone Park and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose.

I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date as required and communicated to me.  If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that Sun Shade Outdoors LLC d/b/a Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort of Mexico, NY may charge any remaining balance (in additional to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law.

Motorcycles / Mopeds/ Electric Scooters or Bikes
I understand that motorcycles and mopeds that are legally licensed, registered and insured may be driven from site to road by licensed drivers only and that no unlicensed, unregistered and uninsured mini bikes, motorbikes, motor scooters, or mopeds are allowed in the Campground. I further understand that golf carts, ATV’s, trail bikes, electric scooters, skateboards and battery operated toddler vehicles are not allowed in the Campground. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Campground without a refund.

Assignment
I hereby agree that I will not assign this lease or sublet the Premises in whole or part. I understand I am also specifically prohibited from sharing or renting out the premises through services such as AirBnB, VRBO, etc.

Additional Terms for Rental Units
I understand and agree as follows:
 At departure, the rental unit is to be left in a reasonably clean condition (broom swept), garbage is to be removed from the rental unit and placed in one of our dumpsters, all kitchens and kitchenettes are to be left clean, all dishes are to be washed and put away, and the microwave, fridge, stove and countertops are to be wiped clean; otherwise, Jellystone Park Management may charge my credit card with a $75.00 cleaning fee. I understand and agree that if I leave the rental unit in an unreasonably filthy condition, permit a pet to occupy a rental unit not designated as pet-friendly or smoke in a rental unit, Jellystone Park Management may charge credit card for the cost to professionally clean the rental unit ($250
minimum charge).
 All damages to the rental unit, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. All damages occurring to the rental unit during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by Jellystone Park Management. Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: lost key(s), lost gate cards, broken/lost TV/DVD/AC remote controls, broken items including but not limited to dishes, windows, doors, etc., discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged/dented/bent appliances, furniture, cabinetry or dishes, writing on walls or bedding, and ripped or torn mattresses or covers.

Additional Terms for Pool Use
 A minimum of two adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use. One adult must be on the pool deck. Never swim alone.
 Don’t drink alcohol and swim.
 Only use this facility during posted hours of operation. Pool Hours are 10am – 8pm.
 Tubes and floats are not allowed in the pool.
 IN AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE STAFF AND CONTACT HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A free telephone is provided at this facility located in the Ranger Station. Telephone numbers for the nearest emergency medical service are posted.
 Children less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior).
 THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION.

Pet Waiver
I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions relating to my pets while camping at Sun Shade Outdoors LLC d/b/a Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort of Mexico, NY (“Campground”) with my pet(s).
 Limit. A camping pet owner is allowed to have two pets. Visitors are not allowed to bring a pet into the Campground.
 Excluded Areas. I agree to keep my pet out of the following areas including, but not limited to, food and beverage areas, the pool and pool deck, Ranger Station, and playgrounds.
 Excluded Dogs. I agree that the Campground has the sole discretion to exclude dogs. The two breeds that are excluded are pure bred or mixes of Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
 Supervision. I agree to keep my pet on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Campground. I further agree to have my pet with me or a designated individual at all times, or they can be kept in your camper. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in tents. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my pet, in the interest and respect of other guests at the Campground.
 Vaccinations. We require current rabies vaccination certificates upon arrival. Dog licenses or rabies tags are not acceptable. Entry into the campground will be prohibited until the proper documentation is presented.
 Disturbances. I agree that, should my pet create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Campground, at the request of a Campground employee, I will immediately make arrangements to house my pet elsewhere outside the Campground. Additionally, I understand and agree that if I do not find alternative housing for my pet after being asked to do so, I will be asked to leave the Campground and will not be issued a refund.
 Assumption of Risk and Release. I understand that my permission to have my pet at the Campground with me is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon my adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. I understand that the Campground may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, I hereby assume all responsibility of risks, injury, damage, other harm that may occur while my pet is at the Campground or caused by my pet. Further, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Campground, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that me or my guests or visitors may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to my pet’s presence in the Campground, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of me, my pet and/or any guest or visitor. I further agree to indemnify each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the pet at the
Campground. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.

I have read this Animal Waiver and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules. I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my guests also comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Campground without a refund.

Firearms Policy
I agree, and shall cause my children and guests to obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.

Acknowledgment. By accepting the terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Assumption of Risk & Release and fully understand its provisions and implications. My execution of this Release is entirely voluntary and intended to be binding on my heirs, executors, legal representatives and assigns.
