FOR A MORE ENJOYABLE STAY PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS AND OBSERVE THE PARK RULES.

• Registration: Campers & Visitors MUST register upon arrival and pay appropriate fees. Unregistered guests at your site will be asked to register or leave. All your guests are your responsibility.

• Refunds/Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 10 days prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee per site or a rain check for the full amount. Cancellations within 10 days of your check-in date are non-refundable, NO REFUNDS DUE TO DISCOMFORT OF NATURE, ILLNESS, HOSPITAL EMERGENCIES, WORK SCHEDULES, OR EARLY DEPARTURES.

• Vehicle Limitations: No more than two cars per site. CARS MUST BE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY AREA OF YOUR CAMPSITE, NOT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. If two vehicles do not fit in the driveway area, you will have to park in extra parking. Extra vehicle parking is available to all registered guests. Vehicles must have the correct car pass at campsite and/or extra parking. Towing will occur to any vehicles that do not have the correct car pass. Vehicle owners will be responsible for all towing expenses.

• Pets: Pets are welcomed! All pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Also, all pets must be cleaned up after at all times. Loud/unnecessary barking will not be tolerated. Pets are not to be left outside unattended or left alone for long periods of time inside. Pets are not allowed inside any buildings, the pool, or amusements. There is a $30 fee per pet per stay in any cabins. Pets are not allowed in Dream Lodge or Hodge Podge Lodge.

• Firewood: No out of state firewood is allowed per federal regulations. Excessive amounts of firewood is not permitted.

• Trees: Do not tie pets, clotheslines, chains, or other items to the trees. Cutting and/or dragging any branches or limbs from trees in the park or from the woods is strictly prohibited.

• Speed Limit: The speed limit is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully when in the park. Any vehicle going over the speed limit will be asked to slow down. If the guest does not comply you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

• Children: All small children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. All children must be at their site at dusk unless accompanied by an adult. You are responsible for your children’s actions while on campground property, children’s action may result in you being asked to leave with no refund.

• Quiet Hours/Noise Control: Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm – 8:00am. All music must be turned off by 11:00pm each night. Excessive noise, foul language, loud or obnoxious behavior will not be permitted at any time. Anyone creating a disturbance will be asked to leave with no refund. • Campfires: Never leave fires unattended. All fires must be in a fire ring ONLY. Please DO NOT move any fire rings.

• Trash: Bagged household trash ONLY. Please place bagged trash at the end of your site after 9:00 am and before 7:00 pm for trash pick up. DO NOT burn trash at all.

• Weapons/Fireworks: Firearms, fireworks, slingshots, BB guns, bows and arrows, etc. are not permitted in the campground.

• Alcoholic Beverages: Consumption of alcohol should be done responsibly and discretely. All alcoholic beverages consumed anywhere other than your personal campsite must be in a koozie or in a cup. No glass bottles allowed. We reserve the right to restrict consumption in common areas to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Underage drinking is prohibited.

• Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted in any buildings including, but not limited to bathrooms, cabins, store, office/cafe, etc. Please extinguish all cigarettes in a Site Saver (butt can).

• Controlled Substances: Pennsylvania is a drug free state. The use of any controlled substances including the recreational use of cannabis is illegal. Drug usage on campground property will not be tolerated and will result in termination of reservation with no refund. You will be asked to leave immediately.

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 3:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am. Anyone not checked out by 11:00am will be charged a late checkout fee of $20.

• Electric Non-Motor Vehicles: Hoverboards, electric scooters and electric bikes are NOT permitted on campground property.

• Non-Motor Vehicles: Bikes and scooters must obey the speed limit. We require all to wear helmets if riding on campground property. Children 12 and under are required by state law to wear helmets. No riding after dark.

• Pool Rules: Swim at your own risk. No glass in the pool area. No running, horseplay or diving allowed. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times when inside the fenced area. Bathe before entering the pool. Hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm TENTATIVELY.

• Trees: Do not tie pets, clotheslines, chains, or other items to the trees. Cutting and/or dragging any branches or limbs from trees in the park or from the woods is strictly prohibited.

• Clotheslines: Not permitted to be hung anywhere on your campsite or rental unit.

• Tents: Sleeper tents are permitted with office approval and payment of appropriate fee. One 12’ by 12’ pop-up tent may be used on each site. Carport  tents or tents with sides are not permitted.

• Remote Control Cars: Only permitted at your site. Not permitted on roadways or parking areas.

• Electric: There is no extra charge to bring your own A/C or electric heaters. They are permitted on a limited basis. If at any time an A/C unit or electric heater repeatedly trips breakers, you will be asked to stop using them. Management reserves the right to lock your electric usage if you refuse to stop using them after management has requested you to stop.

• Personal Property: Jellystone Park™ at PA Wilds is not liable to the guest for any loss, injury or damages, however caused, to any property or person on premises. The camper themselves is liable for any damage they might inflict on anyone or any property at Jellystone Park™ at PA Wilds. We strongly recommend you carry insurance on your unit.

• Golf Carts (rented or BYO): By signing this agreement you are also agreeing to all the rules put in place for golf carts.

• All other common-sense rules apply. Jellystone Park™ at PA Wilds reserves the right to interpret or change all rules. Campers who are uncooperative or violate park rules will be asked to leave with no refund. The park assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
• Online Booking Fee: If you booked online and need to cancel your reservation, your booking fee is not able to be refunded.

Laundry: Located in the Main Office building, on the side of the restrooms. Always open.

Entrance into the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park PA Wilds, to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without any compensation to the visitor.  The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment, including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities - such as hiking, swimming, boating, and jumping pillow - at Jellystone Park PA Wilds, or of acts of mother nature, or COVID19 related illness and agrees that the said camping resort and it's owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from such causes.  I understand that there is no life guard on duty and the facility is a swim at your own risk at the pool.  I also understand that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at these locations.

BY SIGNING THIS INVOICE I AGGREE TO READ AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS LISTED ON THE SITE MAP, BROUCHURE, WEBSITE, AND/OR POSTED ON THE PROPERTY.
