Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require a 30-day notice prior to the reserved date of arrival.  Cancellations or modifications received a minimum of 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund less a $20 administrative fee per item.  Cancellations or modifications received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the one-night deposit.

This cancellation policy may vary for group/extended stay reservations. Please refer to your agreement for your specific cancellation policy.
