Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort: Mill Run

I agree, and will be responsible for my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published and posted at the Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Jellystone Park Management. I accept responsibility and liability for the members of my party & for all acts resulting in damage to property or persons. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park reserves the right to remove anyone who is misbehaving on the premises. The owner has the right to refuse services within the confines of the law to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind. I am aware that if I or members of my party do not adhere to these rules, the park will not refund any money or security deposit obtain from my party.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1) Speed limit is 5 MPH through the whole campground. Children are playing, please use caution.

2) All vehicles are to be registered and MUST have a vaild car pass in plain view. All visitors must pay at the front gate (or at the Ranger Station.) Visitors must leave the park by 9:00 PM. Motorcycles are to be ridden to and from campsites only. No dirt bikes, quads, or ATV's are permitted. Any golf carts must be registered and rules do apply.

3) Quiet Time is from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM. This is Strictly Enforced. No Vehicle traffic is permitted during these hours.

4) Stereos and loud radios are not permitted at any time. All radios must be turned OFF during quiet hours.

5) There is an 11:00 PM curfew on all youths 18 years of age and younger. Group leaders are responsible for all people in their party.

6) Bicycles are not to be ridden after dark. PA law requires that everyone under the age of 12 must wear a helmet. No biking is permitted down Ranger Smith Blvd. Please obey all signs and safety rules.

7) Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your site and can only be consumed by legal drinking aged adults. (No Kegs are permitted)

8) Any person using profanity, publicly intoxicated or using obnoxious behavior (in the opinion of the management) will be asked to leave at once with no refund.

9) Respect the privacy of other campers. Trespassing on other sites is strictly prohibited.

10) Fires are to be built in fire rings only. Please do not move the fire rings, or leave fires unattended.

11) All Garbage is to be bagged and placed in dumpsters located at both exits. Place Cardboard boxes beside the dumpsters.

12) Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash and attended to at all times. Please be considerate of other campers and clean up after your pets. Pets are not permitted in or on any of our rental unit sites except for the designated pet friendly cabins.

13) No refunds

Reservations for 2025 are subject to rate increases, and any resultant balances will be invoiced to you subsequent to the implementation of the 2025 rates. Management will make every attempt to accommodate your selected site or cabin, but reserves the right to change your site or cabin location and will notify you if a change is necessary. Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment? We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable lock fee. If you opt out of the lock fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but specific unit number may not be guaranteed. Please call if you have any questions regarding the locking fee. Note, we do not give refunds or credit due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine.

We require a one night's deposit at the time of booking. Full payment for all reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival, or your reservation is not guaranteed.

All holiday reservations require a 3 night minimum stay. All other reservations require a 2 night minimum stay. Credit card charges will be processed when the reservation is taken. Checks are accepted only 30 days prior to arrivial.

A FEE OF $20.00 WILL BE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD PER KEY CARD/CABIN KEY THAT IS NOT RETURNED UPON DEPATURE

I here by agree to a $100.00 security deposit to be charged to my credit card and kept by Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort if there is damage to the rental unit or site or if the listed rules and regulations were broken by any member of my party.

I hear by agree to the release of any photographs taken at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park. Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Mill Run, Pennsylvania to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.

Cancellation Policy

Camping is a great outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedule. This includes no shows and early departures. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

For Rentals Units:

2+ WEEKS PRIOR to arrival are refunded in full less a $50.00 administrative fee.

LESS THAN 2 WEEKS:
Full reservation forfeited

For Campsites:

2+ WEEKS PRIOR to arrival are refunded in full less a $25.00 administrative fee.
