Cancellation Policy

Watts Bar Lake Jellystone Park - Loudon, TN

  • Campsites: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel eight (8) or more days before your arrival date. If you cancel seven (7) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited.
  • Lodging: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel fifteen (15) or more days before your arrival date. If you cancel fourteen(14) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited.
  • Holidays: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel thirty (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made twenty-nine (29) days or less of your arrival date.
  • Rental requires Visa, Mastercard, or American Express – No Cash.
  • You can secure your reservation with a 50% deposit today, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your stay.
