Please sign and agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your stay at Yogi Bear Jellystone at Yonderhill.

Reservations

Full payment is taken with an online reservation or by phone. A credit card is charged at the time reservation is made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A reservation is not guaranteed until required deposit is received. No Saturday check in or check out.

Discounts

We always honor Military discounts. We offer many specials, check them out! Discounts cannot be combined with any other specials or offers, and must be requested/applied at time of reservation.

Cancellations

We do not give refunds due to sickness, changes to work schedule, early departure or Mother Nature. Camping is an outdoor experience; the fun continues rain or shine. No refunds will be given for late notice, no shows, or reservation deposits paid 31 days prior to arrival. Seasonal deposits will not be refunded if plans change. 

Key Cards- Key cards Must be returned at the end of your stay to avoid a charge of $20 each card. 

Campsites: To get ANY refund, reservations must be cancelled no later than 30 days before your stay. There is a 10% fee for canceling 31 plus days before your reservation. 

Rental Units: To get any refund, reservations must be cancelled no later than 31 days before your stay. There is a 10% fee on  rental cancellations 31 plus days before reservation.  Rental units are to be left in broom swept condition with garbage left tied up on the deck.  Any units not clean are subject to a cleaning fee of up to $150.  Please report any damages to management as soon as possible.  Any damages will be at your cost.

Golf Carts: There is a $10.00 processing fee on ALL golf cart cancellations. No refunds 14 days prior to arrival. Golf cart check ins are 1pm and check out 11am

Early Check-In

Check-in time for a campsite is 1pm, early arrival (before 1pm) if available, is $5.00/per hour – early fee. Check-in time for a rental is 3pm, No Early check-ins for cabins.  Please call the office before you arrive early to make arrangements so we can save you from having to wait around!

Late Check-In or Check-Out

In the event, you are unable to check-in during our hours of operation, please make prior arrangements with our reservation department (reservation must be paid in full for a late check-out).

Check-out time is 11am; Late check-out, if available, is a $25.00 fee (for you family – 2 adults and up to 3 children, not everyone on your site) to stay in the park until 2pm. Late check-out may not be booked prior to your arrival.

Campsite guests: Based on availability, please make arrangements with the Ranger Station before 11am on your departure day.

Rental guests: Late check-out is not available.  It may be possible for you to extend your stay if you are able to vacate the cabin, but then can park in the visitor lot to enjoy the park.  Please inquire at the Ranger Station.

Visitor / Day Use

Visitors can spend the day or visit a family camping with us, Please call ahead for availibility. Visitors must register with the office and pay a $10 visitor fee. Visitors must display a visitor tag on their rearview mirror or park in the overflow if the campsite visiting already has 2 vehicles. Holiday weekends visitiors will be limited due to space in the park. Check-out time for visitors is 10pm. Day use guest fee and overnight guest fee can be found on our Rates page.

Golf Carts

We have golf cart rentals. With a limited amount, we recommend that you reserve early. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a golf cart and 18 years old to drive. Children are not allowed to drive golf carts, both rentals and personal. Your personal golf carts are welcome, however there is a $50.00 park access fee, per season and proof of insurance is required. Must display sticker on golf cart. Golf Carts must follow the 5 miles an hour speed limit and not to be driven off the roadways. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate loss of Golf cart use without refund. Golf cart check in is 1pm and check out is 11am.

Children

It is your responsibility to supervise your children at all times and to monitor and manage their behavior.  We are not responsible for overseeing your children or handling disagreements or other situations.  Please ensure they are following the rules and maintaining good behavior at all times.

Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly campground and friendly pets are always welcomed! (Aggressive dogs are not allowed!) Proof of Rabies vaccination is required at check-in. Please be considerate of other campers and clean up after your pet. Pets MUST be on a leash at all times, EVEN AT YOUR CAMPSITE. Pets are not allowed in the playground area, bounce area, pool area or any public buildings. There is a $20.00 fee for pets required if staying in a pet friendly rental unit.

Pool

There is no lifeguard on duty and all swimmers swim at their own risk. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Swim diapers are required for infants and can be purchased in the Ranger Station. For your safety, no glass containers or smoking are allowed in the pool area. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Pool is open 10am until dusk. Pool is usually open Memorial Day – Labor Day (subject to change). No refunds will be given when the pool needs maintannce during operating hours. 

Photography

Entrance to Jellystone Park constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort™ at Madison, Maine to photograph/film the visitor while on the premises and to use photos/film for lawful purpose without credit or acknowledgment to the visitor.

Holidays

Holidays include Memorial Day Weekend (May 23 – 26, 2025), 4th of July 4 – July 7, 2025), Labor Day Weekend (Aug 29- Sept 1). Holiday stays must include all 3 nights of the Holiday.

General Information

• Quiet hours are 10pm-7am during the week and 11pm-8am on the weekend

• Bicycles must be parked at dark
• All children must be at campsite by 10pm
• Speed limit is 5mph throughout the campground
• Please be respectful of others (no loud music, profanity or abusive behavior) This is a FAMILY campground!
• No fireworks allowed
• Key card will have a $20 fee for each card if not returned at check out
• No ATVs allowed
• No marijuana

Violations of any of the terms and conditions can be cause to cancel your reservation immediately and have you removed from the park, with no refund.  It is important to make sure all members of your reservation, including any visitors registered to your site, are in compliance, as the person booking the site is responsible for all parties and their actions.

BY ENTERING THE PREMISES, I HEREBY CONSENT AND AUTHORIZE YONDERHILL RV LLC, DBA YOGI BEAR'S JELLYSTONE PARK CAMP-RESORT IN MADISON, MAINE ("CAMP-RESORT) AND ANYONE ELSE IT MAY AUTHORIZE, TO FILM, TAPE, PHOTOGRAPH, OR OTHERWISE RECORD ME AND TO USE THE PHOTOGRAPHS AND/OR MOTION PICTURES AND VIDEO TAKEN OF ME, INCLUDING MY NAME, LIKENESS AND VOICE, AS WELL AS ANY TESTIMONIAL STATEMENTS MADE BY MYSELF, AND ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF MY PERSONALITY ("PUBLICITY ITEMS"), AND ANY REPRODUCTION OF THEM IN ANY FORM, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PUBLICIZING, PROMOTING AND ADVERTISING CAMP-RESORT'S ACTIVITIES IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR LATER DEVELOPED, IN PERPETUITY AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, WITHOUT FURTHER COMPENSATION TO ME. I FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CAMP-RESORT, ITS REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM BY ME OR ALLEGED TO BE ON MY BEHALF RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PUBLICITY ITEMS, THE USE OF WHICH I NOW KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY GRANT TO CAMP-RESORT, AND THE FULL OWERSHIP RIGHTS OF WHICH I NOW KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY GRANT AND ASSIGN TO CAMP-RESORT. FURTHER, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT I ASSUME ALL RISKS AND DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO THE ACTIVITY OF CAMPING IN A RUSTIC OUTDOORS ENVIRONMENT LOCATED ON THE PREMISES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DANGER OF BEING INJURED BY INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS, OF BEING INJURED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, SUCH AS HIKING, SWIMMING OR BOATING ON THE PREMISES OR OF BEING INJURED AS A RESULT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS ("RISKS"). I AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CAMP-RESORT, ITS REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION MY UNDERTAKING OF THESE RISKS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, I SPECIFICALLY ACKNOLEDGE THAT CAMP-RESORT IS NOT LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SUCH RISKS. I REPRESENT THAT I AM THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF ANY MINOR CHILDREN THAT ACCOMPANY ME, AND I HEREBY CONSENT TO THE FOREGOING ON HIS/HER BEHALF. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT ENTER THE PREMISES, AND SHOULD NOT SIGN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
