Cancellation Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our refund policy varies, depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date:

Cancellation of Campsites

  • CASH REFUND LESS $15 OR FULL CAMP CREDIT PER SITE: 15 OR MORE DAYS
  • 50% DEPOSIT FORFEITED AND BALANCE OF DEPOSIT ISSUED AS CAMP CREDIT: 7-14 DAYS PRIOR
  • FULL DEPOSIT FORFEITED: 6 OR LESS DAY

Amenity Rental Cancellation Policy
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our refund policy varies, depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date:

Cancellation of Golf Cart, Pavilion or Cabana Rental

  • CASH REFUND LESS $10 OR FULL CAMP CREDIT PER SITE/CABIN:  More Than 2 Weeks
  • 50% DEPOSIT FORFEITED AND BALANCE OF DEPOSIT ISSUED AS CAMP CREDIT:  At Least 1 Week
  • FULL DEPOSIT FORFEITED: Less Than 1 Week

Camp Credit is valid until the end of the camping season it is issued. If issued after Labor Day, it is valid until May 1st of the following year. Credit is good towards camping one year after issue date.
