Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 888-222-9644 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund minus the cancellation fee of $25. Text, Facebook chat and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. The Lock fee is $20 (plus HST) and is non-refundable. The Online booking fee of $5.00 (plus HST) is non-refundable.

Campsite & Tent Cancellation

Cancellations must be RECEIVED AT LEAST 7 DAYS before arrival. Cancellations with less than seven days’ notice and no-shows will be charged a one-night deposit fee. 

Cabin Cancellation 

Cancellations must be received at least 30 days before arrival. If you give us 29 days or less notice before your arrival date, you will be charged the two-night base rental fee (two – four-night stays) and refund any remaining balance of your deposit, or if staying five – seven-night stays, you will be charged a three-night base rental fee and refund the balance of your deposit.
