Refund Policy

RV & Tent Refund Policy:

• Cancellations 14 days or more prior to check-in date receive a check or credit card refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 9-13 days prior to check-in date receive a Yogi Bear™ Credit for the full amount paid when transferred to a new reservation made during the current year camping season.
• If a cancellation, no-show, or arrival date change is made eight days or less prior to check-in date, the full amount of the payment per site is non-refundable. Reservations will only be held until midnight on check-in date, unless we are notified in advance.
• No refunds for early departures after check in. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature. The FUN continues rain or shine!

Cabin & Trailer Rental Refund Policy:

• Cancellations 21 days or more prior to check-in date receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
• No refund is given for cancellations received 20 days or less prior to check-in date.
• No refund for no shows. Reservations will only be held until midnight on check-in date, unless we are notified in advance. Otherwise, the rental unit will be made available to others without refund to you.
• No refunds for early departures after check in. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature. The FUN continues rain or shine!
