Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled or changed twenty-one (21) days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, and you will receive a refund in the full amount of the reservation, less a non-refundable $10 booking fee. 

Any reservation that is canceled or changed less than twenty-one (21) days and more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be issued a guest credit in the full amount of the reservation, less a non-refundable $10 booking fee. All guests’ credits are valid and redeemable within 90 days of the cancellation. Revised reservation dates must be provided within 365 days, or the full reservation amount will be forfeited. Reservations may only be moved once. Revised reservations cannot be canceled for a refund. All cancelations and changes to the reservation must be made by email to hello@yuletidervpark.com.

A reservation canceled within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the full amount of the reservation being forfeited.

Camping is an outdoor experience, and accordingly, we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.
