Cancellation Policy

Daily/Weeky Reservations

• Cancellations 14 Days or greater - 1st night as fee OR postpone your stay once for up to a year from your original stay. - If you choose to postpone and cancel you forfeit all monies.
• Cancellations 14 Days to 48 hours - 50% of reservation total
• Cancellations 48 Hours or less - 100% of reservation total

Monthly/Long-Term Reservations

• $250 deposit is required to hold the site. Non-refundable if under 60 days.
