No refunds for early check out or late arrival.

NIGHTLY AND WEEKLY STAY

Cancellation: $10 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancelling 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $10 cancellation fee. Cancelling within 48 hours of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable. No-Shows will also forfeit your deposit.

MONTHLY STAY

Cancellation: $75 cancellation fee, will apply to all cancellations. Cancelling 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $75 cancellation fee. Cancelling within 14 days of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable.
