Terms of Service - Baker River Campground, LLC

Rules are enforced to protect the peaceful enjoyment for all campers on their campsites and throughout the campground facilities.

Entering:  All campers and their guests must stop at the front office and finalize registration(includes getting a vehicle pass) before entering the campground.  Speed limit is 5mph throughout the entire campground.  Please watch for children and drive slowly and safely.  Check-in time is between 2pm – 9pm.  Checkout time is noon.

Courtesy to fellow campers:  Please refrain from loud radios, excessive alcohol use or obscenities at all times, as we are a family campground.  Our quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.  As much as we want everyone to enjoy their stay with us, if you are looking for a place to party all night, we are not the campground for you.   Sorry, we do not allow drinking games.   If you are being disturbed by noise during quiet hours, please contact us immediately.  Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.  Bike riding is allowed on the campground roads only and must be put away at dusk.  No cutting(walking or biking) through other campsites.  Please wear a helmet for your safety. Please make sure children are aware of all campground rules and are supervised.

Campfires/Firewood/Trees:  All campfires must be less than 2 feet high, in fire pits only and never left unattended.  Please do not move fire pits, as the locations are preapproved by the Fire Department.  Trash is to be deposited in the dumpster near the horseshoe pits. Please do not burn trash in the fire pits.  Completely extinguish campfires with water by midnight.   Firewood is available for sale at the campground.   As a reminder, per NH State law, no firewood shall cross State lines.

Restrooms/Showers:  Please help us to keep the facilities clean.  All children under 10 should be accompanied by an adult to the bathhouses.

Dogs:  Due to past issues, we are very strict with our dog rules.  Displays of aggression by any dog will require immediate removal.  Current rabies vaccination certificate is required at arrival – no exceptions.  All dogs must be on a leash at all times(6ft maximum) and under control by an adult.  Please clean up after dogs and prevent them from disturbing other campers at all times.  Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the buildings.  Sorry, no pit bulls, their mixes, or visitor’s dogs at any time.  Any questions regarding dog policies, please call prior to making a reservation.

Swimming/River Use:  Swimming and playing in a river is fun, but can also be dangerous, especially when the river is high.  Children must be with an adult at all times on the beach and when in the river.  The beach area is closed at dark and no swimming is allowed.  Please help prevent further erosion and do not access the river from campsites.  For everyone’s safety, please fish outside of the beach and swimming area and do not jump off the rocks.

Visitors:  Visitors are limited, and are required to register first and pay a visitor’s fee.  All visitors must leave by 9pm.  Sorry, no visitor’s dogs allowed at any time.

Please be advised that campers assume all risk associated with the use of the campground facilities and we are not responsible for injuries or illnesses incurred in the campground area(including Covid19), or loss of property. In addition, damage to campground property/vandalism will result in credit card being charged for damages and may result in removal from the campground without a refund.   By signing your registration form electronically or manually, you are agreeing to abide by all rules and policies.  If you do not follow the rules you may be asked to leave without a refund.
