Terms of Service
Check in/Check out times:
Check in time is at 12 PM,.and entitles you to your site until 11 AM., the day after check in. Early check in is not permitted. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon. We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. Check out time is 11 AM. You will not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check in. Late check-ins are not allowed after 10 PM., please.
Reservations
Total rent for the entire reservation stay is due upon your first date of reservation. All rates are based for 1-2 guests, for each additional guest, $3.00 per person, per day. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or, Discover.
Reservations for more than a week or for a monthly site you will need to contact the office.
If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed. Please contact park for more details. Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give out personal information out to others.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, and if you wish to move to a different site, please check with office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
Site Information
All of our sites are back-ins only. We do not have any pull through.
There is a round patio stone in the middle back of the site, it is our winter water hook ups. You can straddle over it, but, please don’t put a wheel or jack on top of it.
Please have someone direct you when backing into your site, so as not to damage your equipment or ours.
City water and sewer is located on the driver side of RV.
Your electrical hook ups and cable will be toward the back on the driver side of the RV.
Winter water hook-up is under a round patio stone in the middle back of each site.
Red faucets above the ground, behind the RV are for irrigation only.
Keep your site neat and free of litter (including cigarettes).
RV washing is permitted for a charge of $5.00 for vehicle and $10.00 for your RV. Please prepay at the office.
No Clotheslines or dogs tied to trees.
Do not place satellites, mats, chairs, grills, etc., on lawns that will impede the lawn maintenance.
Please notify the office if you are taking your RV out for any length of time. RV spaces will be considered vacant after 24 hours.
Parking
Each paid guest register covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site.
Vehicle parking is on the passenger side of your Motor-home or an RV door side.
Absolutely no parking on the street or empty RV sites. Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block our garages or our shower rooms and laundry room doors. If you park in the street emergency vehicles cannot get through. All violators will have their vehicles towed at their expense and there is no warning or exceptions to this rule.
Please do not park on grass in any areas of the park.
Pets
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or to the park. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. This helps you, your pet, and other guests pets stay safe. There is a two-pet limit in the park. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets, failure to do so will result in you being ask to leave the park and no refunds will giving. Pets are prohibited in laundry and shower rooms, and in playground area. Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet (S). Please note for our weekly and longer term guests, we only allow dogs under 15 pounds.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet Time starts at 10PM. To 8 AM. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud music, riving up their motorcycles, yelling or using profanity will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Laundry
We have two laundry facilities. The laundry rooms are opened from 8 AM. To 9 PM. Change and soap vending machines are in our north laundry room only. Pepsi machines are in both laundry rooms. We also have our book exchange in both laundries rooms. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
No alcohol in laundry rooms please. We have clothes lines at each laundry facility
Shower House
For our registered guests, shower rooms are opened 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning 3 times a day. We ask for your help in keeping the shower rooms clean, please. Guest under the age of 16 need adult supervision in the shower rooms area. Alcohol in shower rooms is not acceptable. Please keep door closed at all times even when you are leaving the shower house. CODES FOR SHOWER HOUSE WOMENS 888 and THE MENS 111. For Wi-Fi, go under Village Net High Speed and enter password YELLOWSTONE. IT MUST BE IN ALL CAPITALS.
Playground
Playground opens at 8 AM. And closes at dusk. Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised in all areas of the playground at all times. Please do not allow children to climb our trees without supervision. You are responsible for the safety of your children.
Trash Disposal
Trash dumpsters are located in 3 different areas of the park. One by front entrance, one on the east side of park and the other on the south side of park by the south laundry room. Please do not put your trash in our laundry or shower rooms, use the trash dumpster for all your trash. Please dispose of your pets waste in trash dumpsters, not in our shower or laundry rooms. Please do not leave your pet waste in a bag at your site, take it to the dumpsters.
Speed Limit
The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Only one warning will be given, second time you will be asked to leave with no refunds. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
Severe Weather
In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the shower house.
Children
Riding bicycles without a parent on our main road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests.
Children may not use shower house without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and Firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
Billings Village RV Park, is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any person (s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
No tents allowed. Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 8 AM and 10 PM. All visitors staying overnight needs to be register at office for additional fees.
Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay
